4 days after finding your channel, I started drinking tea (I feel super relaxed and amazing when I drink tea), I’ve been treating my body like a temple (cut out sugars and watch what I’m eating daily), I’ve implemented the 2 minute rule into my day to day, which all I can say is wow, the change is drastic, imagining myself in a year is gonna be crazy, all love to you Hindz 💜

As someone who experiences past trauma in the present and has ADHD, focusing is super hard. It sometimes feels as though distracted is my natural state. I just wanted to share my experience with you, as I have struggled a lot with shame from internalising an idea that something is wrong with me because of my lack of ability to focus. If you like sun, when this mess we're all in is over and we're aloud to travel where we want, you must come and visit my beautiful Algarve. It's always sunny and nice, most of the year. But I recommend you come between May and June, or in the beginning of September, less crowded with tourists. You will love it here my friend ☺️
