Baxi duo-tec combi he e119 error low pressure - how to top up pressure 

Spend half hour trying to repressure with the values on the pipes and got nowhere - totally the wrong valves to be messing with. Then I found this video - I couldn't see the "twiddly knobs" on my unit so didn't think to try them, this video set me right and I was back to piping hot water in minutes - THANK YOU

Could you do a video showing how to reduce pressure on this model?

I dunno if you'll see this but a quick question. I get this error every few months, no biggie, but for mine I turn both valves towards me till the pressure goes up, then both away from me to close them. Is.. have I been turning the left one the wrong way and do I currently have it wrong or COULD my boiler be different? It's a baxi platinum combi boiler with the exact same valves you show here. I only ask because doing it the way I do it has worked fine but on the right valve there's little drips of water starting to show up and I'm wondering if maybe I'm the cause from not doing it correctly. Thanks!

Thanks man. But when I do this by the next morning it's dropped back down again. Any ideas? Cheers!
