When I was a kid and blues would be playing in the house I would tell my mom I didn't like it. She told me "You will, you haven't lived long enough." She was dead right!!!! I can listen all day sometimes and never miss a blues fest. Two of my favorites!
Wow look at these two legends my favorite blues singers and player the 2 king of the Blues BB King and Bobby Blue Bland I love them they're the best may they rest in peace
This is what you call really classy classic blues. Two blues greats. Two blues giants and two old friends. BB King and Bobby Blue Bland. Long live the kings of the blues!!!
Reminds me of my grandfather. R.I.P He loved himself some BB King and Bobby Blue Bland. These were the first songs I ever heard and remembered word for word. Two legends sharing one stage epic.
My Stepfather Donald Harper introduced me to this Live Video of these Legends it was on a cassette tape back then played it ova & ova again l have it on DVD it’s out of print now 🙏🏽💪🏽🙏🏽💪🏽
I’m still in love with this and it was way before my time. It’s so soulful and it was made before I arrived in 1982 and I’m so smitten with these men. Music like we’ll never have again. Classical beauty.....
The meeting of the greatest blues men of all time! Damn I still love them down home blues real talk!!! My dad got me into it at the height of it’s popularity and I’m still into it to this day.
My mother love both of these guys so much. She would talk about seeing BB king in concert when she was in college. I find myself loving their music so much now that she's gone maybe part of me is still trying to hold on to her. Both great legends rest in peace
Mme Too,WON'T Ever stop playing B.B.and All the Older Bluesmen,Very few left, but THEIR music will ALWAYS LIVE ON,R.I.P.B.B. KING, Walter B.Memphis TAKE CARE AND STAY WELL AND SAFE!!
This music takes me home. I can still see my Mom and Dad slow dancing Saturday nights to this song. I could not appreciate the music at that time, I was too young. I guess you have to live awhile to appreciate your roots and this legacy we were given. So take me on home!
If I was not a Roots Reggae lover, I swear I would listen to Blues all day long. I actually saw BB King in Rotterdam, The Netherlands in 2011. What a performance and what a legend. This Bobby Blue Bland seems pretty good also - even though I have never seen him before.
@@losermidgetslob3878 Well I do have pride in my own heritage, especially musical heritage. I am of direct Jamaican heritage - both my parents were born in Jamaica. I love reggae music. In fact reggae music is my number one music, especially the root reggae genre of reggae music. I often listen root reggae sound systems like Channel One, Aba Shanti. I also like US Blues music. In fact early Jamaican Ska music is indistinguishable from Blues music. I guess this is the reason why I also like people like BB King. As I said, I'm of Jamaican heritage, born in the UK, but now live in the Netherlands. And no, I do not like Dutch music.
now they are two goats that will be greatly missed and they're going to be with the savior rest in peace and I know you will because God watches his sparrows you will be missed by all Grown Folk Music when you took your shoes off sweat it dancing and drinks and eat food off everybody table Hallelujah😇🙏🥴🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🔥💯💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

I love this man. So many memories of the good old days. My daddy was bartender at the Coach and Four Pub in ST.LOUIS, MO. Laclede Town. He would play this all the time.
Oh my Lord when I first heard and seen the two of them on this blended version of The Thrill is Gone , I was in heaven. My two all time favorite blues men together.
Bobby Blue Bland and BB King music will last forever because it’s real music, I am listening in 2021, and I pray God will bless me to stick around more years , this music is a pleasure to my ears
These two had a single together the year before, "Let the Good Times Roll," and I guess they were touring together... The stage banter is priceless, and hearing the King accompany another singer of his own stature is a rarity. Three of the greatest voices of the Blues ever: B. B. King, Bobby "Blue" Bland, and Lucille. This is pure gold.
I remember whn They Sang, played n The. Jute Joints. My parents, @ Family Are Frm The South. Corn Liquor was allowed. My Father was A trouper. Lord Have Mercy. He Loved the Blllusse. I guess that's why Im fixated On BLUES. NOT sad just Love the "BLUES.. There Is A Storrryy, Behind THE BLUES.
Whenever They came to Chicago I would take My Mom to see them. B B King when he song "The Thrill Is Gone" It was over for whoever was on the dance floor with her. She turned me, my younger brother and as well and my son on to the Blues💙! May My Mom, Mr B B King and Mr Bobby Bland Continue On In Soul Heaven 🙏!
Bobby"Blue"Bland was my cousin on my mom's dad's side of the family. So many of my cousins can sing. Many also resemble him. Both of these "Greats" together. 🎶 to my ears. 🎶 RIH Cuz & B.B. 💞💞💞

While B.B. King was alive, he was the ultimate integrity of accountability among blues singers and his legacy will eternally reflect that along with him being the KING of blues. His unique gift ministers to all walks of life and situations and will continue to through his music.
Legend's for all time. This music only gets better with age. BB and Bobby bringing it like it should be brought. Rest in peace the godfather's of the blues. .
