Just for clarification, contesting a divorce does not mean that the contesting party wants to work on their marriage. It means you want your divorce to be litigated. You should contest your divorce if you know you and the other person aren’t capable of settling matters like alimony, division of assets, or child custody/ support amicably. Also if there was evidence of abuse or adultery, it is advised to contest the divorce. In this case, multiple things apply. Therefore, it was wise of her to contest the divorce.

I don’t think she’s lying about her recognizing signs of being on the spectrum. I think the way she mischaracterized her “diagnosis” is detrimental to people fighting against the stigma autistic people face. There’s a way to say “I recognize signs of neurodivergence in myself, and I do think it impacts my relationships” without claiming to have a diagnosis.

The only that irks me is the fact that she says Issa “felt like she didn’t need protection” how can she say what Issa felt like. She running around hollering “her experience” EVERYWHERE SHE GOES. But then projects her feelings onto other people. Therapy!

Issa's actions or lack thereof did show that she either didn't think Amanda needed protection or did not think it serious enough to warrant protection. It can happen to anybody. Issa is still a great person. She just probably had an opinion of Amanda based either on personal experience or heresay, that influenced how she responded to the issue. I see it all the time in the office space.

I said the same thing regarding Amanda. I have a son that is autistic and I picked up on it right away with her. I tell people right off the bat my son does not code switch, he doesn’t know how. His brain is wired differently and he’s going to speak his mind period.

I completely agree with your commentary regarding Jeannie and Jeezy. I know that Jeannie isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and I know that comment of “dark meat on the side” was very insensitive and understandably rubbed people the wrong way, but no one deserves abuse. Jeezy is emotionally abusive and narcissistic, and I 100% believe Jeannie. I have no doubt in my mind that Jeezy was physically abusive toward her. I feel sad that Monaco has to be in the middle of their turbulent divorce.

I'm not buying it. I'm sorry, but I don't. If he was abusing her then why did she say she was shocked when he filed for divorce? Wouldn't you be relieved that your abuser is leaving you? "Shocked" wouldn't be how you would describe it IF you were being abused. I think both of them are full of it. They are using the courts to win an ego battle and now it's devolved into mud-slinging. And they should just get back together because they deserve each other.

Amanda should have kept her self diagnosis to herself. No one required her to offer that up, especially if she doesn't want to fully discuss it. My hope for her is to stop fighting the internet and spend some time away from the public eye to work on her issues. She constantly talks about her nervous breakdowns and the depression she's going through. So just stop and focus on you. All of this is unhealthy and hard to watch.

Same here. My GREAT Grandmother had extremely strong German genes that have carried on to the 4th generation at this point. We all look bi-racial, "Creole", or Afro Latino. And the white women with black men who have not pro created with that man usually stare at me wondering which mix their child will have. It's a different experience being perceived for something ur not.

I took at test at my doctor for ADHD at 17. They told me I probably have ADHD but I made it through school so it doesn’t matter. While I have been clinically diagnosed by a psychiatrist, looking back on my life I see it. And it does matter and I wish I could afford to do something about it.

Shannon was tap dancing as usual, and I’m glad Amanda checked him. I’m tired of ppl hating on Amanda. They don’t like her because she keeps it a buck and has too much integrity to be fake for acceptance. I’m disappointed in Issa Ray. Her response when Amanda spoke to her leads me to believe that she was probably speaking trash about Amanda with her publicist behind closed doors. There seems to be a level of obligatory political correctness expected from black women in Hollywood, and Amanda’s refusal to buckle really irritates ppl… especially those who are reminded of their own phoniness.

I got tested and "diagnosed" with ADHD, but the individual wasn't a doctor of psychiatry or psychology so it wasn't official. Once I saw the doctor, it became an official diagnosis. I'm wondering if this is a similar situation. Although, it doesn't cost $10,000. Unless she was making commentary on America's out of control healthcare costs.

I am so happy that Amanda shared this experience. It's something that I have been trying to convey in these conversations about colorism as well. ANY TIME there is a shift in power dynamics, you will have those who will take advantage of such and use it to perpetrate their own agenda. I myself have seen this happen and had to fight those who I was willing to fight FOR, because somewhere along the way I became an enemy because of their experience. Yes we do need to acknowledge that this has been an undercurrent BUT using it to be bullies and taking advantage of the situation is not going to serve us either. They say Satan doesn't announce his entrance but he enters all these good causes and people, so you have to watch it closely. I admire her courage because it's a tough time to even bring it to the forefront. Great video and review

Jeenie tried to make this work because of the way her last marriage ended. She was trying to win over Freddie and not let it be known that she went from bad to worse. All the comments she made about feeling safe and submissive with Jeezy and having a baby with him, she didn’t want the world to tell her she should have just stayed with that white man and gave him a baby.

What I got from her recollection is that she later found out it was Issa’s publicist who added her to the do not enter list. I just find it funny how ppl will celebrate rapists, defend racists, turn a blind eye to pedofiles and women-beaters, but opinionated black women is where they draw the line. Bondy Amanda was NEVER Invited to the party. She knew BEFORE in 2018 when she showed up w/ Jill Scott and her Manager. Amanda campaigned for a whole another year to get a celebrity friend to get her in the party. She got Jesse Williams to out her down as his plus 1 to get in the party in 2019. Several, Black staff at the DOOR, told her she could not enter the party. So they ask a non black woman named Kiki, to go to the door and reiterate what Vanessa said about not entering the party. Joey Harris and Elijah Kelly (who was on the planning committee) tried to get her in the party. Amanda used everyone to get in, get in the party, make a scene, and then it escalates when the security come to escort her out. None of that would have happened had she respected the wishes of the person throwing the party. I watched the lives of Amanda that night outside the party. Amanda has changed a lot of the timeline of events . If folks followed every interview , when she spoke on this very issue, everyone would know. Amanda said Vanessa issue goes back to RU-vid days ( Pre- Insecure). I am not sure why anyone would have an issue with Vanessa ( a black woman ) who threw a party and does not want to invite a person she does not get along with or like. Amanda is highly intelligent. She has alot to offer the world. She definitely suffers from Social Etiquette. She would be a great Professor, Civil Rights Attorney, or a Politician. I do believe she has been mistreated in many cases. I also believe she has also done and said reckless things that brought on the treatment. In the 3 hour interview, she admitted to being fully aware, and not apologizing 🤷🏾‍♀️. So there’s that 👍🏾.

So Bondy when I watched the interview Amanda said there was a young woman keeping her out the party like at the door and that woman was white presenting but she later found out she was actually Mexican. In the interview specifically she wasn’t reducing Vanessa Anderson’s blackness, but a different woman that was sent to the door to keep her out because she thought she was white.

I think if it were about a man, Amanda would've been suggested that. I think it's bc she legitimately doesn't like her and there could be a valid reason or it could be petty. Amanda's feelings were hurt understandably, but that woman doesn't like you, so she's not letting you in her party. I even remember seeing a vid of her trying to sneak in. Either way, a lot of the hate Amanda gets is unnecessary and mean-spirited. However, she rarely owns up to her part in a lot of her recounting.

You have no clue how much your commentary on Shannon Sharpes hostile “interview” with Amanda. What triggered me was when he became overly animated when “challenging” her experience. His hostility became, dare I say it, aggressive when his voice raised at her and his body language became intimidating. People can say that Amanda is unlikable, but she did NOT deserve how he treated her and dismissed her. He never acted that way with his male guests and Monique made sure to control the interview so he didn’t have the opportunity to treat her the way he treated Amanda. Also, you know good and got dayum well he would never, ever speak to a white woman the way he aggressively spoke to and behaved wi the Amanda. I will never give Shannon another click and view. @@ravengyal ⁠He is not asking for pay for work that he as actually done and hasn’t been paid for; he was paid for all services rendered. He is requesting that instead of being paid per job, he be paid under the old pay structure of a flat rate (very different from someone asserting they weren’t paid). Additionally, he is seeking money he would have made had he not been fired. From a legal perspective, I don’t think his claim will go far. I think he is hoping to get paid hush money.

If her inability to acknowledge social cues and her way of communication is affecting her relationships and ability to get and keep a job, she absolutely needs to get diagnosed and get therapy to help her improve those areas of her life. In the end, the $10K will allow her a greater capacity to make money versus not evolving and continuing the cycle of “misunderstanding” and everyone else is at fault except her.

Bondie, if I remember correctly, Amanda wasn't calling Vanessa white Latino. It was the lady manning the guest list. She was also the one who grabbed her. Amanda requested Vanessa, but she never obliged. It wasn't until they had the phone conversation that Vanessa confirmed she was the one who had her ejected. Just wanted to clarify that part. I could be wrong, but that's what I understood her to say.
