Having been an professional musician for 45 years, it warms my heart to see these guys staying with it and still sounding great...it has to be in your heart and soul to keep going as long as they have ...God bless them...
I first saw the Beach boys in 1966 and they were brilliant, but i have to say all these years later i think that they are even better, i love to cover their great songs even though i have only one voice i love doing the harmony's, i just finished covering this great song and i'm pretty pleased with it, but these guys are the best. you can tell they're super-famous when there's demand for them to perform in a country that doesn't speak English (although many Japanese people know a fair extent of it)
so awesome to see the beach boys still perform all fun songs !!!!!! me and my dad Bruce McDonald are big beach boys fans and we think they are sounding fantastic ! lot better than the shit music that gets released today ! lol. i am paying for professional vocal harmony singing lessons so that i can learn all the precise fancy beach boys harmonies that you can hear them sing on their original records that you hear on the radio ! i will then have a crack at recording myself sing all these vocal harmony parts aswell as the lead vocal part and will put my vocals to the beach boys backing track so that i can show family and friends ! he he ! :)
Those Asians are rockin' out to the best music on the planet! Love, love Brian and so glad he was there to perform his spectacular vibes. Brian forever. It's just not the Beach Boys without Brian. He's giving me "excitations!"

I don’t agree with that last comment. There’s young people all over the world exposed to American music, customs, slang, fashions and food. Watch you tube. They show flash mob scenes from many different countries. I have a type of John Denver’s very successful concert in Japan. Japan is a modern country with a well off economy that imports a lot of things except cars. Their citizens are exposed to a lot.
I wish we could have more Dad wedding dancing and singing...oh, we got that from Mike Love. Way to defeat the efforts of America's greatest band. You always win, you clown.
Boy do I hate to say the things I'm going to say here..... I grew up on BB's Brian Wilson - please spare us! You fried your brain for so long that you have no ability left. Please never attempt to play/sing again. To the other guys - you have possibilities, but PLEASE speed it up. You aren't THAT old - get back your MOJO...or leave us alone.
Pat Garvey Man, Brian Wilson is playing and singing since the beginning of the 1960's. That's what he likes, writting, playing, singing, and he does it very well. You haven't been through what he's been through. The guy was almost crazy but he found the will to kick his ass and he managed to go back to his passion. So just leave him alone, he is a genious composer and, even though he's old and very damaged, he's still into what he loves, music.
