Wow, your bahay kubo turned out awesome. We also had bahay kubo almost same size as yours by the beach but it was totally wrecked by typhoon Odette and we didn’t even been there coz we were still in Canada. We just love the native look of it. Fire pit by the kubo would be nice:)

We had a great time visiting you guys , only a few more days and we head back to Canada back to work so we can make more improvements at the fishpond. Prob will come back at Christmas we hope

Looking just awesome Po. Man I know it still has some shaping up to do as it still is a on going Construction site . But man it cleaned up pretty dag gone good Po . I'm impressed 👏 man I know you would like pretty weather for you 25 guests but man don't wish your rain away after it's been dry for so so long James. It's hard for me to tell just how thick the mattress is in the hut I know so many of the philliphino style mattress with the bamboo bed frame are not very thick & to hard for me personally. It doesn't look as thick & comfortable as the beds up at the mansion. I have found it's hard to beat the Mandaue foam mattress that's made there for both comfort & price . Take care yall God Bless

You have quite a hat collection! My experience with my wife and the family is that they seem to live in the moment (here and now). Don’t look down the road for what’s coming. I’m dealing with it now with a niece who going to Canada to continue her education. I was hardly involved at all in the process or discussions. Just a few months away and the house of cards is failing because of immaturity, lack of knowledge, and making wrong assumptions. Now I’ve been drawn into it to fix things and their are no easy fixes. Trying to get a flight change, get her set for campus housing and meals, cold weather clothing, tuition, setting up a bank account and credit card etc. looking like I going to have to drive up there which is 1,700 miles one way. Yeah I’m happy… cottage looks good. I think people will like it for a few nights on the beach.

ignore me if you wish ......but on a safety issue would it it be logic to highlight the edges of your walk ways with possible florescent paint just as a precaution to give indication and possibility of stepping off the path edge .........it is good to see it all coming together as you near completion ..going to be a real resort of pleasure as the possibilities are there to be just what people look for in a relaxing environment.......
