Clans, as the name suggests, would be appropriate to place in Scotland and Ireland. Though I'm not sure if the system they called "clan" and placed in the Muslim regions has anything in common with what the clans are supposed to be in the Celtic cultures. The same, however, can be said about feudalism in Europe in India - should be quite different systems.

Feudal is hard until i learned that you can kill your all your children but your heir.

I would actually throw a counter arguement to your claims here! I would say that, starting as tribal as newbie is a giant trap for you because eventually you have to roll over to feudal and if you are not prepared for it and/or dont know whats going to happen once you transfer to feudal, your mighty tribal empire will crumble quite rapidly! I would rather suggest you to pick a safe place as a vassal under some powerful feudal ruler and learn how the feudal system works. Gets you going much faster than tribal when you think you are on top of the world and then all of a sudden its game over! That being said, most powerful gvmnt type is tribal if you start at earlyest point possible. You can amass enormous ammount of wealth and power and if you do everything correctly, you will emerge as extremely powerful feudal ruler once the tribal era ends. Problem for newbies is that, they discover they are worth absolutely jack sh*t once feudalism rolls in! Been in that boat myself when i first started!

When to switch from tribal to feudal?

How can you start at the years 476? In your Cultur-Tree you yan see the number. I thought the earliest possible was something with 800.
