@oreo2k he has a hand in most of the producing in his song while most other artist only do vocals , as well as kanye making strides to different genre mixing in his music so I say he deserves all the credit
Yeah, sure kid let me explain this. Kanye is a creative thinker, he comes up with ideas, other people make them real. Not saying Kanye can’t make all the music himself but sometimes having other people making your ideas real can benefit you

Good music production team spazed on this one, this shit is orchestral, progressive and old school break beat at the same time, kanye is way ahead of his time and retro at the same time lol
+JO$EPH I (sadly) know people that will pick the part at 0:27 and ramble on about how it's a "ripoff" etc, ignoring all the instruments and original composition from the bass, piano, chords, and drums that make it an entirely new song in a very creative way. Some people just have a very narrow vision of hip-hop/rap and they'll stay entitled to that vision no matter what.
i can NEVER forget how hearing the original track made me feel the first time i heard it, i was amazed that THIS was hip hop..i played the album for 3 months straight in my car...feeling renewed and hopeful...it was simply one of the best works of art to exist...splendid
Kieran, I understand that and I agree. But, seriously, Kanye has some of the most articulate beats out there. Maybe we can get some more J. Cole, Kendrick, or someone else. I wouldn't mind. Especially since beat breakdowns are the sole reason I subscribed, just not Beat Critique or livestreams.
MBDTF is the most beautiful album of all time. The album is full of powerful music like this from start to finish. This album seriously has had the biggest impact on my life by far than any kind of art. This album is literally the soundtrack of my life. These sounds and chords and notes are always in my head and I’m always humming them or making reference to them. For example the lead synth at 4:03 is my favorite part and I am always singing that part in the shower lol
I think Kanye might have used a bit crusher on the drums and used compression to tighten up the whole song. Other than those two differences, this is a very detailed and accurate remake for the most part. Well done :)
this album was like what prog rock listeners love about concept albums and musical complexity but without being nearly as pretentious nor the complexity for complexity sake

My god its a lot of layers to this song. Hes def a music producer genius. Takes massive creativity to envision this all in your head and replicate it in real life. No wonder it took more than just him to make the entire song.
Only people with the ability to see the hidden layers in his songs can appreciate him. Kanye speaks for our inner deepest soul and is the voice of silent majority. It saddens me that people still sleep on him. I do not want him to be another goat recognized after he died. I want him to be known as the best person right now when he’s alive, so that people can appreciate how amazing he is.
Kanye west alone side Mike dean have created some of the most enjoyable beats I've ever heard. I once fancied myself a rapper during such times I wrote to several instrumentals from there collection of greatness
