Flies over downtown Tel Aviv, over Lod then banks north over Modiyin before approaching airport from the east. Can see also parts of the high speed rail link to Jerusalem - station to South of airport, bridge and then tunnel.
@Nir Hakimian It's has nothing to do with noise but with the direction of the wind. during the day the wind is usually coming from the sea, west to east, so they use runway 30 and during the evening it's the other way around so they use runway 12. since 2014 they also use runway 21 during the day which allows them to cramp much more movements every hour due to zero conflicts with 26
