Always find it funny when people refer to themselves as down to earth. When “you’re down to earth” and you say you’re down to earth, you’re basically saying I am this way considering, which suggests you could behave differently but you behave more humble than most would in your position……that’s not down to earth at all. 😂Better to use terms like “I try to stay grounded” or “I think it’s I important to remember where you come from and remain humble and “whenever I’m getting up my own arse I remember where I come from” or just down say you’re down to earth at all and just show it.
