I am so glad you had broadcast Becky to show that Coeliacs are not a problem at Christmas and that our need for gluten free also the concern around cross contamination was talked about. There is so much misinformation out there along with people's unguided beliefs that make it hard for us who haven't a choice in the matter. The majority of us will sooner eat at home and not go to events/restaurants/birthdays the list goes on because we do genuinely feel like a problem. Watching Becky this morning here in Australia made me feel normal. The message that Vanessa Feltz's didn't just upset the Coeliacs in the Uk but across the globe.

Brilliant seeing This Morning step up and showcase dietary needs on main stream TV correcting their earlier blunders. Even better having the amazing Becky Excell showing that gluten free food can be easy and delicious and explaining a little about being Coeliac. I hope this is the start to sone more amazing gluten free foods on the show. We’d love to see more of Becky.

Love this! Becky Excell is a fantastic, relatable, amazing ambassador for more than just coeliac disease. Her recipes are adaptable to be dairy free, vegan, low FODMAP etc. Becky is so careful to include as many variations in her recipes as possible. Absolutely should have a regular spot on the show

Absolutely loved Becky's calm and simple explanations about how simple it is to make small adjustments to include a person with coeliac disease in a roast dinner. Please invite her back her food always tastes good, been using her recipes for years.

Well done This Morning for taking on board the feedback after the misinformation from Vanessa Feltz and Dr Zoe. Becky was fantastic. Hope she gets invited back. Her recipes are fabulous and you'd never know they were GF. Thanks for letting Becky explain about the much misunderstood issue of cross-contamination, which all coeliacs must avoid. Well done, Becky, you were fab, and you raised awareness in a friendly way. People with coeliac disease don't choose to be gluten free, we have no choice, and a strict GF diet for life is effectively our medicine. Here's hoping it's the first of many appearances on This Morning!

Becky is phenomenally good at making gluten free food SO tasty that a non gluten free person would never know that they were any 'different'. We use her books and blog almost daily, we have only one Coeliac in the family but everyone else is fully on board for delicious home cooked high quality food. Super to see her on the show! More please!!!!

So brilliant for gluten free options to be given a highlight. Having recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease it's so helpful for this to be shown on mainstream TV, not just for people who have to avoid gluten but for family and friends. It's so important to have factual information available. Thank you. Please consider having Becky Excell doing regular slots regarding gluten free options.

Becky has had such an impact on my gluten free baking here in the US. My friends who are not gluten free now request that I make her recipes! Thank you for having her on your show and please have her on as a regular guest, we celiacs need all the help we can get to eat safely!!

Watching from Canada. I found Becky’s cookbooks and Facebook page when I first started eating gluten-free. She makes it so easy and tasty. I’m another advocate to make Becky a regular on your show.

Gluten free Becky isn’t just for Christmas - she has amazing, delicious recipes for all year round. She has been an absolute lifesaver since I had to give up gluten. I’ve learn so much from her. And she’s just an awesome person. You definitely need to get her back.

It was so great getting to watching Becky in the show (and I love that I could watch it from the US here on RU-vid)! Thank you for having her on! PLEASE have her on as a regular contributor! Think of how many viewers you have who have to eat gluten-free, or have loved ones or coworkers who have to eat gluten-free, or work in cafes with gluten-free guests, etc. There IS a market for this and so many of us want to see more of it!

Brilliant- so pleased to see gluten free food cooking on a prime daytime show - it’s such a huge issue for millions of people - yet the media rarely acknowledge it. Please make this a regular feature to include people with all allergies and intolerances - we deserve to be recognised! 🎉 this was just the best! Please feature gluten free some more and help spread awareness of coeliac disease, please! Having been gluten free since 2003 the changes to now are huge but theres so much more to learn. Becky and her recipes literally changed my life when i discovered her blog back in 2018/2019. Please give her the platform to keep changing lives!

Becky was awesome As someone who relies on a gluten free diet, it’s so important for the public, and those working in catering and hospitality especially, to understand that gluten free food is not somehow deficient, but should be the norm. It’s not difficult and, as Becky shows over & over again, the results are amazing. Please have her as a regular cookery contributor

Such a relief to see Coeliac being discussed properly and seriously ❤ From the cross contamination to the "able to have a little bit" ☠️ So many times I used to ask in restaurants for gluten free options, (mentioning all the risks) literally saying Coeliac Disease and explaining it... but eventually I've been in pain and ill afterwards. Staff in the kitchen have said "Oh, you aren't trying to lose weight then? Assumed it wasn't truly a big deal because me and my mates share memes about customers who nag for GF options" 🫠🤮💩 Thank you Becky! 🥳 Nice segment This Morning! 👍

So great to see Becky Excell on This Morning demonstrating gluten free Christmas cooking. She's a star in the gf and coeliac worlds and an influencer beyond this. As she says, it's not a choice. Normalisation of gf food rather than marginalisation of those who must eat gf is her goal and she has an army of supporters behind her. And we want to see more of Becky on national tv! PS Her food is glorious!

Please cover coeliac disease some more though and help thousands of undiagnosed people get the diagnosis they need. Brilliant Becky.
