As an adult, it can be hard to plan trips with friends because work schedule doesn't line up, PTO, finances, responsibilities, etc. By traveling alone, you learn to enjoy your own company, be at peace with yourself, be more independent, experience things without having others holding you back, make new friends around the world, expand your horizons, learn about other cultures & history. I felt so lonely but i knew i wasnt alone because i knew God was right by my side. I started my channel a couple of months ago and ive been so discouraged because of a lack of support and the high expectations that i was putting on myself. But i keep pushing through because i know that somebody needs to hear the things that i say and I actually enjoy what i do. I havent posted recently because i was conflicted with if i wanted to continue, but i realized that i was putting limitations on myself. Wow! The same exact thing happened to me recently. I lost my grandma and about a couple of days later, my boyfriend of almost two years said he wanted to see other people, so I broke up with him. It was like life hit me with a ton of bricks.

So about the looking good part what if it is something you cannot change? I was born with crossed eyes and people naturally look at me and judge me regardless of if I take care of myself or not. It doesn’t feel good to feel like you can never measure up. Thats for meeting new people, getting a job, or a relationship.

Good and bad things happen to every single one of us, yet when you walk with Christ, your mindset towards all these “bad things” is completely different and can be handled way better because you have the holy spirit. Bad things happen because we live in a world where there’s sin, but God is there to protect those who want a relationship with him!

100% agree with you that beauty alone wont help in the long run. I believe the most important thing is to learn to love yourself. If there is unresolved trauma in our lives, itl manifest in relationships. No matter how pretty you look you may end up getting the same negative relationship circumstances or rejection and i feel this is because of some unresolved trauma or limiting belief of self that we need to heal.

I took 2 things away... 1. Sometimes you have to feel pain to change..something ive been avoiding on my weightloss journey. 2.Light attracks everything..so be descerning... I turned 40 in 2022..and it was the hardest year spiritually for me. And the blessed year financially..so I thank my Lord and saviour Jesus Christ for carrying me through it all.

Just to add my own two cents: I am not Christian but I am very spiritual and I do believe in divinity, divine protection, divine love. I feel God with me. I call it "my angels" but it is the same concept. I see the blessings in both the good things that happen, and the challenging times. Anyways, growing spiritually in the last few years has been absolutely transformative and I 100% agree, if there's anything people should focus on first it should be strengthening spirituality and discovering the divine love within their own self. Loving themselves as God loves them, and working on feeling worthy of that. To talk to God like a friend, you have to love yourself enough to know you are worthy of it, even while being imperfect. I totally understand not everyone is spiritual, but I do recommend it

Learning how to do your own hair - you go girl! 100% recommend! I learned 2 years ago how to do my own mani and pedi (gel nails), and it changed my routine in several ways: 1. Although pedi takes 5h and mani 7-8h, I feel that the process is therapeutic for me. I feel a mental relief after taking care of myself. The process to me feels like I’m doing a face mask or something. 2. It saved me so much money! Mani + pedi (good ones) where I live cost 2000 each, 4000 total. The equipment cost me 40000 (but I splurged many times and have too much), and also I did nails for my friends, which also earned me a bit of money. So now I am saving money AND having a self-SPA :) Again, 100% recommended haha Love you Breeny! Edit: I want to thank you for opening spirituality for me. I never was religious and always was referring to the universe, not to god. But you have opened a different vision of god than I was told, and now I feel comfortable talking to god and about religion. Thank you so much! It brought peace to my spirit

I’m 17 idek how I got here but I’m happy I did !!!!!!! I need to stop being so afraid of my flaws that it gets in the way of my growth. I need to be excited about my journey and the journey I’m struggling with the most is getting closer to God. I did start praying every night but I need to do more. When u said that God is always good I really felt that because that’s something I do applaud myself on. I could be going through the hardest times but God is still good. I tell myself that everyday and thank God even for my struggles. I just want to FEEL God and have a better relationship with God. Procrastinating and putting things off is one of my biggest challenges yet. But I know that if I actually picked up my bible before bed and tapped into my spirituality, God will help me with that. I agree with everything you said. I always knew what lifestyle I wanted but I barely put in the work to get there. I always had some excuse to say why I couldn't do it or follow through.
