@ 12:30 I had to pause this video and comment. I am shook. This behaviour ran my life for years. I was in a situationship with someone who did not want to commit to me and I did it allllll. Gym every day, upgraded my wardrobe, upgraded my car, changed my entire lifestyle around his aesthetic, literally did not speak in front of his friends when we were out for fear of saying something wrong. Didn’t even move in the bed while he was snoring because I was afraid to wake him up. I starved myself to the point of malnutrition, hoping he would somehow love me one day. If the universe is telling you this guy is not your person, move on. One day when you least expect it you will find someone who will love you for you unconditionally and shout it from the rooftops. He will publicly claim you, love you and adore you no matter your shape, size, or financial status in life. Spreading love to all the ladies- you are perfect just the way you are. Love yourself and do not give a man access to your body,your heart or your soul without real commitment. Most of these men know that once they have access to your body they can control your mind. As women we may have the upper hand when it comes to the initial talking stage, But once you grant him access to your body, we physiologically give him the upper hand.

At 28 years old the absolute best thing I’ve ever did for my 20’s was put love LAST & and put myself FIRST!

I am grateful for the disrespectful guy I dated. He pushed me to the edge, forced me to mature and see value in myself and this allowed me to find a real man who takes care of me.

I used to be so surprised women settled for casual relationships when it was clear it only benefitted the man. Damn, I'm 25 and I feel like it's been ages since I've met someone serious about me. And it's not that I'm easy... I feel like men nowadays just don't want to commit, period. We live in the saddest generation. Women either have to be constantly alone or be in situationships. It's a tough world and I've been lonely for years.

I’m turning 25 in August, I’ve never been in an actual relationship…but I’ve been in many temporary situationships. In these situations, I’ve noticed I’ve never put myself first because I thought that playing the game meant winning the prize. I'm 19 years old watching this and even though I haven't been in a relationship with a man or anything, I've seen so many woman go through these things and many woman see the flags and ignore, some woman purposely get into relationship because they don't want to be single nor can be happy in their own company, woman always try to fix people but either way no woman ever listens when you tell them exactly what you're saying. This is such an important video! If we look at how society and relationships are structured, they are to benefit men. Wearing very little clothes, having sex with who ever you want whenever you want , is not revolution nor freedom. It is playing in to the hands of men with no morality. Music and media WE raise women up only as sex objects and we as women go along with it to sell music and to be popular, but in the end it sets us back for real. What we should always remember as women is "If you are not in control, who is?" If we do not take back our dignity and value as women, sure as hell men aint going to do that for us. Stop buying in to the "cool girl" troupe and have standards which reflect who you are more than what you can do with your body. Date multiple men (dont sleep with them though) until you are chosen, keep your standards high ladies and don't let any manosphere man try to bully you out of your standards. Men STAY putting themselves and their egos first. They usually don't think about "well how will she feel about this?" when they are about to play you or dog you out. Keep your legs closed and make sure he is both emotionally AND financially invested in you before having sex. My boyfriend broke up with me because I refused to have sex with him. I didn't have sex with him because I wrote down a realistic list of what I expect from a man financially and emotionally and I stuck to that. I didn't tell him about that list though. I’m so glad this is being said! I’m a big advocate of women having multiple platonic relationships with men! It’s the safest way to be in relationships with members of the opposite sex. You learn how men behave, their likes and dislikes without getting too caught up. The danger is being friend zoned, but I’d much rather the friend zone than giving everything to someone who won’t commit.

Had a friend who was in denial and was so desperate, she took public transit to his house (an hour away) and he never bothers to pick her up even though he has a car. Told me she was “open to a relationship but was fine with FWBs” yet she flew off the handle when he didn’t reply to her text. Denial isn’t just a river. Honor yourself and your feelings and be honest about how you truly feel. You’re not convincing anyone but yourselves if you think you can act like a man. This gave me a different perspective. I've been in the same relationship for the most part of 13 years. We broke up once for 6 months, and got back together. I thought for sure I was done with this relationship, but I realized we do have positive sides In our relationship that I've been mostly ignoring due to feeling like he's not checking off everything on my checklist, and we are total opposites, and we don't see eye to eye on everything etc etc. In reality, we communicate well with each other, we love each other, and we get along. I've been idolizing my sisters marriage, because she only talks about the positives between them and tells me I should aim to have something like she has, when I don't really know what she has. I did this and my mind went 🤯🤯🤯 Relationship #1 propelled me into billing and coding 23 yrs ago and today, that's one of my small businesses. I thought he was my husband, NO. God sent him to tell me to get into billing & coding so 20 years into the future I can start my own agency. Relationship #2 I thought he was my husband, Nope. This relationship propelled me into counselling. Our conflicts revealed all the bottled up anger I had in me. I kept record of all my journaling and voids I had to nurture to bring me closer and closer to spiritual wholeness and guess what? These journals and my journey (20 yrs into the future) are now being typed as my self-help books to the world. I had 2 more relationships, in which I thought they were my husband too 😂😂😂 But meeting them revealed future purposes too. Bf #3 got me back in college to finish my degree and Bf #4 was a muscian. Every musician business relationship I have to this day, was a domino effect off of me initially meeting him. I challenge someone to do this exercise. You will literally see how God used them to keep you moving forward according to His plan. Now let me get back n2 this video 😊

I'm going to be soooo honest...its been going on 4 years post seperation and divorce from a man who left and who I almost lost my mind over. I've had to watch him move on so quickly with a woman who (thankfully) has accepted my kids and who my kids seem to really like. I've accepted everything and through the grace of God I have forgiven my ex but was wondering ok Lord, when will it be my turn? Why does it seem like the men get to move on so quickly but the women seem to be left behind...forgiveness has a lot to do with it but like you have just said it's also the entertaining of distractions that will set you back.
