Nice XL. I'm on the verge of getting one mainly to be able to do more ribs than the 4 racks I get on my large BGE. I use an adjustable rig so they lay flat in 2 tiers but I might try the rib rack and see if I'm happy with them. Just prefer them flat during that last phase (glazing phase ) Again nice cook. Thanks so much for sharing

Baby Back Ribs are the only item that always give me a hard time with the Green Egg. Mine always come out over cooked.
