I love Robin. He was so hot and gorgeous. He only looked different after he lost a lot of weight due to illness. The healthy Robin was so handsome and witty, great personality too.

Wish I could find the Bee Gees interview where Robin talked about their families humble and poor origin. I recall his saying when they were kids their mom would tear slices of loaf bread into pieces.. put them in bowls.. pour milk over them and eat it like it was a bowl of cereal. Robin also said as children his family was so poor they didn't have a pot to piss in. Those boys persevered and brought their family from poor paupers to the Kings of music royalty.
I recall also one of them talk about ketchup sandwiches. This is the level of poverty where you know real hunger and I think that never really leaves a person. Robin in particular seemed never secure that he'd done enough.

i was born in California the same year as the twins and In the early to mid 50s I remember some times when we were so tight on money that us kids had mayonnaise sandwiches for lunch. Even my mom had gotten a job so my older brother and sister watched me allot after school. One Saturday my mom was doing laundry and my sister made our lunch. I remember asking “but what kind of sandwiches are these? Where is the meat?” She said “ that IS the sandwich, a mayonnaise sandwich, there is no meat.” I remember innocently asking “why not?“. I still remember her telling me it because we had no money to buy any. I was so disappointed!!!! I was about 5 years old at the time. Things got better as the time went on. But that period was rough. My parents bought a house and making ends meet wax really hard. But they kept the house and it got better eventually. But my mom had to keep on working. Not a common thing in the 1950s!!!! We never starved, but we did get very little to eat sometimes. But it all paid off. Like the gibb boys, we were skinny. But good families get through even those kind of things.
They were so wonderful. Each special in their own ways. So honest and real. Who couldn’t love them. So sad to have lost the twins. I love to come to RU-vid and see all their interviews and performances. Never a bad interview. They were always great. Even when the interviewer was questionable.

Barry no deja hablar a los hermanos! Que decepción, no escuchar a Robin, he visto entrevistas hechas a Robin solo, era una persona educada, culta, inteligente, escuchaba , respetaba al entrevistador, sabía mucho de historia, ni hablar de música. Cómo disfrutaba de esas entrevistas, se dió el gusto de hablar de todo lo no que no pudo hablar estando su hermano. Gracias Robin, siempre fue muy amable con la gente, se paraba y repartía autógrafos y conversaba.
Robin was an introvert . Introverts are not very talkative, socialable, or demonstrave towards people. They tend to be aloof and withdrawn.Robin could have jumped in at any time in the conversation if he had wanted to. Every thing I've ever read and every documentary I've ever seen all the people who have known and worked with them say they didn't know Robin very well because he was quiet and didn't socialize very much and was eccentric and mostly kept to himself. They all say these same things about him. They talk how out going Mo was and how he and his twin were so different from each other. Barry could not and did not prevent Robin from talking at any time. And it might be a good thing as when he did cut loose as he did on the Howard Stern show he loved nothing more than to talk about his and his wife's weird sex life. You could see how embarrassed Mo and Barry were when ever he did that. So to preserve their careers and keep their wholesome family oriented images maybe we should all be glad he didn't talk very much.😂😂😂
I'm Not sure anyone else has notice this but all the boys/men have had major dental work done all of them have had implants or caps. There teeth is Beuatiful and when they first started out in the entertainment industry they were all snagle tooth or buck teeth check it out you will see that I'm right. Man l wish l had there money l would have a major overhaul of myself from head to toe.🥰♥️♥️♥️👍👍👍
Ivo Niehe is the interviewer, for his TV Show, which maybe got an audience of 1.5 million, on Dutch television. I saw it. Now, in 2021, he is still on television..
The interviewer had no sense of humor……. This kind of silly stuff is one of the reasons they have the reputation they do as being very likable. They are are funny as well as being great writers and performers.
When Robin went through his beard phase I felt he fell in step with them appearance wise too. They all shared something depending on the angle of the camera. My opinion anyway
It’s not funny, though, and it was Maurice. I don’t think Barry would ever say something like that. He insisted on a repeat of the question so he could answer it better. He respects and likes Barbara. And I, personally, don’t view her as ugly.
I Put up a good .mother saying things about .my grojp beegees but i guess let her El is alone because tbats why i tell her thaf listeneng to them helps keep .me sane and she says that mnsic woulx drive hef crazy
