A friend of mine, a woman in her late 50’s, was suffering terribly with lupus. It had gotten so bad, she couldn’t go outside because her skin would immediately burn in direct sunlight. She was in constant pain, and she and her husband were at wit’s end looking for treatment. It seemed that all hope was lost when, as luck would have it, they ran into an old friend and Algonquin elder who suggested she try bee venom. Now I don’t know all the details of the story, but they were able to obtain some and within weeks of treatment, her lupus had gone into full remission. This was over a decade ago and she’s still doing great! I always wondered how such a humble treatment could fix something so devastating. Thanks again, Dr. Berg!
@@heatherlynn3438 hi Heather, so I talked to my friend and she basically brought it up to her doctor. Possibly because she was in a desperate situation, he not only considered it, but decided to try it! The doctor was able to procure some and it was administered via injection. I’m not sure about the dose, unfortunately. Hope this helps!
My dad had a cyst or lipoma on his thumb. He grabbed a couple bees and forced them to sting him right on the small lump and within days the cyst/lipoma dissolved/ disappeared completely 🤣 he is a savage/ genius
I was working in my garden a few years ago, bee stung me on my elbow joint and it stopped hurting in a few minutes! Been on IF, keto & 48 hour fasting for a month & my random joint pains are gone. Feels so good not to wake up & be hurting somewhere from out of no where! I’m 58 y/o & was thinking it was old age but it was carbs.
It was bad carbs you bought in supermarkets. If you study biology you will know carbs are the best food for the body, but Americans have no clue what good carbs are!!!! Commercials won’t tell you either. Keto will burn out the body .... carbs will not. You have been lied to
This is great information. I was accidentally stung by a yellow jacket a week ago and had anaphylactic shock as well as Septic shock then went unconscious. Paramedics saved my life. Prior to bee sting been on med for mental health for months as well as enduring joint pain for couple years and suffering from seasonal allergies most of my life. After an ER visit with epinephrine steroids ventilator benadryl treatments for 3 days I feel great after a week! Waking up these days not as depressed or moody or in pain so far and I'm more excited for life and what's ahead. It is amazing what mother nature can do 🙏😊
I've read quite a bit about bee sting therapy. So many people have gotten their lives back from going this route. One woman with MS was completely bedridden and in constant agony. She was on the edge of death. A man wanting to help, suggested bee sting therapy. Since mainstream medicine had nothing to offer, she agreed. Her transformation was out of this world! She went on to help others return to productive lives with little to no pain. I believe she was known as 'the bee lady'. Our bodies are absolutely amazing creations! I've long believed that God provided everything we need to be well.
@@patgiogi1291 MS is short for Multiple Sclerosis, a progressive, debilitating disease that leads to death. There is damage to the sheaths of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. Most people with MS, if not all, will eventually become confined to a wheelchair or bed, dependent upon others for their care. There are other symptoms, as well. Blessings to you, Pat!!
You are so right! God has the power to heal anything and the human body has the power to regenerate. I also know someone who had MS medically diagnosed and refused the standard treatment, got into this bee venom treatment and was cured couple of years later.
My dad had to go to Mexico years ago for this bee sting treatment. There were no other options that worked as well. It worked well for him and his back.
Thank you Dr. Berg and team for always bringing us the most interesting and cutting edge information. For people who deal with chronic illness, we are willing to try just about anything. For anyone who thinks getting a bee sting is dramic but wouldn't think twice about injecting an RX, please open your mind.
AM, I completely agree with you! I can't take medications due to such severe side effects that could kill me, so I refuse to take them. I had to find nature's remedies. Thankfully, we have Dr. Berg to help us so much, too! He sure was a lifesaver for me!
When we are successful at eliminating all of those dangerous chemicals put in and on our food and lawns, we'll be more successful in protecting the bees.
@@DANTHEMAN7027 I did a search. The article goes back and forth with the names, as if glyphosate and glycophosphate are the same substance. Are they? I KNOW that glyphosate is really bad stuff! Dr. Berg has talked a lot about it. I've also done my own research on that stuff a long time ago.
I wonder if my cat bites can provide hidden therapy as well.. Potential benefits of bee sting therapy: • It can shift and then strengthen parts of the immune system that normally cause an allergy • It has anti-microbial properties • It’s anti-inflammatory (in low-doses) • It improves T regulatory cells (reduces inflammation) Bee sting therapy may be beneficial for: • Arthritis • Skin disorders • Bee allergies • Chronic pain • Parkinson’s • M.S.
I used to swell up like a pig per say when I would get stung. I got stung at work by a wasp who got me right on the cheek and I didn't swell up hardly at all this time and I contribute this to all the good food and knowledge of food from Dr. Berg. Now, I don't fear getting stung anymore, as it will happen in my line of work. Love 4Truth!
I learned about this marvel from my father. When he had a couple hives of bees, one of his mentors told him she had terrible arthritis until she received a few stings from her own honeybees.
Very interesting. When i was a teenager i spent a summer working for a bee keeper. I worked in the extraction house and was constantly getting stung. Stung EVERYWHERE. Nose, eyes, but mostly my arms and hands. Being as young as i was (15) I took little comfort from the head bee keeper when he said that bee keepers don’t get arthritis. Turns out he was probably right after all...
My M.E. Was raging out of control about seven years ago. For some reason my doctor gave me two back to back courses of prednisone for it, which immediately caused heart issues and cataracts. Out of desperation, I had a beekeeper friend give me ten bee stings along either side of the spine, 3x per week for about two months. Hurt like a sonofabitch and while I still had the heart issues and cataracts, the M.E. was lessened considerably. Bee venom therapy has apparently been around since early Egyptian empires, and yes, it does work!
Thank you for ALL of your videos, advice, teaching, supplements and motivation, Dr. Berg!!! You've helped me reverse 7 years of adrenal damage due to military service and 40 years of poor eating habits. I sincerely appreciate everything you have done for me and the Keto community!
I bumped into a log and got stung by a large orange, wood dwelling bee. Lower lumbar pain went away for about 10 years! Therapists likely got the idea to treat people through results such as these.
I’ve read about apitherapy being used to rehabilitate a burned out pituitary. Little doses of stress that it can manage can help bring it back to functioning level, apparently.
Keep an EPIpen handy. Some people get severe allergic reactions to bee stings. May depend on the type of bee as well. Best of luck for those who need help.
I’m one of those people my whole leg was swollen and feverish from one bee sting on the ankle. Allergist said I’ll die if it happens above the waistline.
that is the pharma way! the cheap and best way is to use ammonia where they stung you. $600 difference ammonia neutralizes the venom immediately. I used to get very bloated where they stung me …. after one year of being a beekeeper I no longer swell. apparently you swell only if there is inflammation in that part of the body. once it is gone no more swelling.
As a commercial beekeeper I can attest to the benefits of bee stings. A bee sting where one's joints are painful seems to bee (lol) a good solution. My problem is i'm fairly immune to them. A bee sting in area only helps me for just a couple of times and then only early in the beekeeping season. One needs to make sure that they're not allergic or highly sensitive to them tho. Slight swelling or sometimes quite a bit of swelling generally doesn't mean you're allergic. If your stung in one spot and swell elsewhere or your throat swells that is a sign you need to get medical attention! By the way you can control how much of the venom you take in by scraping the sting out of the skin or leaving it in longer as the bees muscles are still pumping the venom.
Consuming honey from your local area a couple of months before allergy season, has helped a LOT of people. It really works! My sister-in-law is allergic to so many things, including my brother's facial hair! Since she was a child, she had hives every time she was exposed to her many allergens, which was often, unfortunately. She's also allergic to dog hair and dander, but they've had dogs throughout their 51 years of marriage!
Back in 80s my friends dad was a bee keeper he would go out to the hive in shorts no shoes and no shirt stir the bees up and let them sting him all over his body he said his arthritis would not bother him for 6 months after
The science is known as apitherapy which (in this application) involves trigger point stimulation theory along with acupuncture techniques. There's a LOT more to it than just walking into a bee hive.😉

My friend who plays baseball, grabbed bees and force them to sting his elbow, he claimed he did it to mitigate the swelling from pitching, we all looked at him strangely, but I guess it worked (he by the way knows nothing about alternative medicine)
I do the same when my prostate its swelling i go outside looking for flowers where the bees are around and get sting it works 100% the venom its a big antiflamatory after a few minutes i get sting the pain is gone
Funny story, for my whole life I have been deathly afraid of bees. I believed that I was allergic to them. One day I was visiting my parents and told them a story about how a bee landed on my arm while I was driving and I was freaking out. My mother ask why was I so afraid of bees? I responded by telling her that I was allergic, of course. After a few seconds of silence she says "well you're not". 30 years of thinking I was allergic to bees.....
I've encountered about the bee sting therapy eons ago in early 2000s. You won't believe where I've seen it first; through a famous Korean TV series Jewel In the Palace. I believe this series was first broadcasted in Korea in 2002 or 2003 and went international after that and that's how I got educated about bee sting therapy.:O
Bee stings may have beneficial effects, but for safety, please make sure one is NOT allergic to bee related products to make sure you won't end up permanently damaged or dead. If you're allergic to royal jelly, that's an obvious no.
I just finish the immune training course, it was amazing, and many thanks for your time and effort. Also, I emailed you if you kindly give us the credit/hours on the certification, so we can provide ,and used it for future education that will be so helpful.
I have chronic arthritis and at that particular time, chronic trigger point nerve pain behind the shoulder blades. One day, by chance, I walked under my brother's deck. I was stung three times by red paper wasps right in behind the right shoulder blade. I was deathly allergic to wasp stings as a child, and as an adult the responses, had gotten milder as with many people. Anyways, after those stings, and just a little pain and minimal swelling, I had two weeks of almost euphoric feeling in my body. No pain. I was having a house built at the time, and I reached into a place by the window that caused me to be stung, yet again, by a wasp about three weeks after the initial stings. Again, euphoria of feeling great physically that did not last as long but still. I could see it being addictive even, but I thought who knows, the next sting could also have killed me. Very low carb eating has alleviated a lot of my pain and doesn't involve rilling insects.
Really interesting what you said about small amounts of a certain substance that otherwise it's not so good for our bodies. I know someone who gives cancer patients a poisonous plant but very diluted. For some it works, for some doesn't... just like chemo I guess. But one difference: it's a million times more inexpensive than chemo.
You are describing the practice of Homeopathy. It's been used successfully for many decades. The end product is basically the 'essence' of the original substance used. Each body is different and benefits (or not) in different ways. I know people who've had great success in healing, with a number of homeopathic treatments. I've successfully used Arnica Montana, which can be found in most health food stores. There are many natural ways to cure cancer, without going the chemo/radiation route, which has an abysmal success rate. The medical establishment is NOT a fan of such inexpensive treatments, though. When I did a search for Homeopathy, the first to pop up was a denigrating review of the practice. Personally, I would trust homeopathy over any kind of pharmaceutical drug.
If you do get stung and want the pain to go away from sting, take some tobacco and a little water to moisten on sting. Can place large bandaid on top. Wait a few minutes until pain gone and wash off. I keep tobacco in my medicine cabinet.
I got cured from severe nervous system disorders from a very painful sting of an unknown creature, years back, what I did After being stung by that thing I made shallow cuts on and near the place of sting , after 15 minutes a shiny droplet of poison came out of the cut and then from two more places , it took me 2 hours to be able to stand and walk on my foot , however it affected my health positively... then honey bee stings and yellow jacket stings have helped me to come out of conditions leading to a mini stroke, several times... thank you Dr berg for this share. People around me never believed in this way of treatment now I am confident that I was right..
Bee stings never bothered me much. Been stung maybe 20-30 times in my life. Not that I wanna go out and get stung on purpose. It does hurt, but its really not that bad. Usually happens when I'm working around bushes or something. Get a random sharp pinch and that dull throbbing pain for a few mins. See some bees flying around me. No big deal. Some ppl are highly allergic though. Or at least lots claim to be.

Dr. Berg question... Im insulin dependent diabetic for 25 yrs, 62 yrs old. Keto has helped me tremendously. Do I produce any insulin naturally when I eat cruciferous vegetables? Almonds? Meat? Or am I only exposed to it when injecting myself. I'm takin fast acting insulin after meals and slow acting before bed so I know I'm on a 24hr slow drip so to speak. Been wondering about this with respect to intermittent fasting too.

I had a near anaphylactic reaction several years ago after being stung and then tested positive for bee and wasp allergies. I’ve been receiving allergy therapy (bee venom injections) regularly ever since. Does the same benefit apply to this therapy?

Hi Dr I have a question which is confusing me, that is eating oats is good for men health bcoz it has phytoestrogen and I'm consuming it everyday. Thx.
Melittin reduces biofilm without hurting the cells. Strong anti-glycation. I use it daily as a type 1 diabetic and my insulin needs is reduced. I have bee venom powder and make my own injectables. For me it is a game changer.
Good afternoon, Dr. Berg! First of all, I want to express my sincere gratitude to you for your approach to nutrition, thanks to this I was able to achieve results in losing weight and improving well-being, despite the many counter problems that arise on keto. But now I need your help, I can't deal with a problem that appeared recently, namely with the eyes. My eyes began to get tired quickly, as if sand was poured into them and there is a slight burning sensation, I will immediately say that eye drops do not help me in this matter, just like our traditional medicine in Russia. I don't know what to do, but it clearly shouldn't be like this! I ask for your advice, what vitamins or foods are missing, what to add to your daily diet? Thank you in advance! P.S. please do not pay attention to spelling errors, I used the usual translation))
Dr Berg what can I do about getting my thyroids back my TSH is not good according to my doctor she said it should be 4.0 but mine is 3.5 and now I have thyroid issues along with type 2 diabetes according to her. But I have absolutely no symptoms of diabetes. She did not want to chech my TSH T3 and T4 for years. I kerp begging her to do it. But she would only test my TSH. Never the T3 or T4 on the reverse. Now she telling me I have all this. I wish if I could sue her for not listening to patients and only scaring me and only ready to write prescription drugs! So is there anything more I can do? I am already doing keto! But now do I have to eat more fish??? hankyou Dr Berg for educating us about our health. I bought your bile salts ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
That's crazy, bee sting therapy?? 😄 I've never tried it and don't know if I want to. I suppose I could just go outside and when I see bees, just try to swat the with my hand and I guess the rest will be history.
Sounds kind of crazy but folks have been using them for a long time, my friend from Mexico, who is a pitcher, grabbed bees and would make them sting his elbow, presumably to decrease the swelling from playing, he is now in his late 40's and he is still playing! even covid could not keep him down!
@@DivineLightPaladin Had a yellow jacket fly into my shorts while driving on the Pulaski Skyway, it's like a 4 mile long bridge that connects Newark to Jersey City, it's 2 lanes but no shoulder to stop on, you just have to keep driving. I saw when it hit the driver side mirror and I knew it had tumbled into the car (window was down) but I had no idea where it went, after that impact I assume it died. Well, I found out soon enough. It somehow made it's way to the soft part of my inner thigh and I started feeling sharp pinches. I was like, what the hell??? So I started to drive faster and faster. It was already pissed off from hitting the mirror, and wasn't happy. After doing like 30 mph over the speed limit, I finally get off the Skyway and I pull over, I start going crazy, jumping up and down, it eventually managed to fly out of my shorts. That was insane.
There were wasps out on the balcony of the Texas state MH, in Witchita Falls when I was there almost a decade ago. I had learned to make friends with them to keep them away from me to stay safe but I had this overwhelming urge to try to capture one by the wings and purposefully sting myself on the arm with it’s stinger. After some consideration and tactical maneuvering, I was successful in my endeavor, finding that in a weird way, it relieved a lot of the pain that I was in. I thought I was crazy cause I was in a hospital, right? Nope. Turns out I was way ahead of the science (not sure when bed therapy was discovered) or at any rate, was self administering and employing advanced therapy techniques long before even learning about them. NOT CRAZY!! Ha! Knew it... *Score!!* 😆😄
Hey dr berg, a lot of people says that keto can cause cardiac arrest suddenly because of selenuim defecincy is it true why do cardiac arrest happen in your opinion and how to cure
@@beratyildirim7314 There are a number of causes for cardiac arrest. I suggest that you do a search of Dr. Berg's videos on "causes of cardiac arrest/heart attack". You may also want to do an internet search for the same topic. Several years ago, I read of a highly respected cardiologist that almost died from cardiac arrest called the widow maker. I had a heart attack in 2004 at the age of 49. I knew something was wrong, but not what it was, as I had NO pain. It took me 5 days to get to a clinic. The Dr. put in 3 stents and said that the back side of my heart was dead. If after you do your searches, you believe that you may be at risk, PLEASE get checked out by your Dr. I pray that you are well. Many blessings to you!!
You don't say how people are treated with that. My Thought: Allow yourself to be stung, don't disturb the stinger or poison sack, and gently depress it over time to release the poison over an extended period.
Yes I believe evolutionary it makes sense, as I had a thought that ancient humans were under more attack from the environment. So now without those stressors our immune system has nothing to fight but itself. Not sure if this is good logic but i would be interested to see if there are studies on this topic. Which stresses are good and which are bad
I would only do this at a clinic. I am a beekeeper, I developed a venom allergy to my bees after being stung regularly. Rushed to er with anaphylaxis and I went thru venom therapy and now have an epi pen and a monthly shot to try to save me from another anaphylactic episode. Regular stings won't necessarily help you, and it kills the bees that sting you. Not a good diy solution. If I see anyone near my hives who should not be there they will have to contend with my lawyers.
please get real. you can use ammonia on the sting spot and it immediately neutralizes the venom. Stings get rid of sinus problems, restless leg syndrome, shoulder pain, etc etc. Definitely won’t go to the doctor for any reason
