Great recipe! The mushroom sauce is definitely going into regular dinner rotation here at our house. I love that you don't need to sear the tenderloin before putting it in the oven. I made this twice and both times I had to cook it longer than the 28-30 minute recommended time to get to medium. I used a meat probe so it was no issue. Highly recommend anyone looking to cook expensive cuts of meat like this invest in a meat thermometer or probe. Thanks so much!

I made this recipe and everyone that tried it including myself felt it was the best steak that we have ever had. Ever! Funny because even upscale steak houses I do not have the flavor that this tenderloin has. When the far was to die for. It was so sick and rich and creamy. I've said this to you before but I will repeat it again. You are an amazing cook. I'm not sure if you have a restaurant or a catering business but if not good cuz you are amazing in the kitchen I have made a few of your recipes and quite honestly they didn't just come out good they were like the best I've ever had. Your recipes are over-the-top delicious. I told my friends and family about your Channel and how many great ideas you have about putting meals together. I'm hoping you see this. You have got to try this breakfast sandwich. 1 large buttered croissant. In a skillet lightly cook a piece of black forest ham, top with slice of Vermont cheddar cheese. Remove from skillet and put on croissant. Cook 1 egg in an egg ring in skillet until yoke is not runny. Put on top of cheese and ham and salt and pepper to taste. It will become a favorite I promise. LOVE YOUR SHOWS

Your voice reminds me of characters in Disney movies. You can be the voice of a grandma, a visiting mother in law, the old lady/villain in the Snow White movie, the voice of an eavesdropping neighbor, just the voice though. You have such a melodic voice.
