Hello everyone!
“The way you enter the new year will decide how the rest will go.”
Based on the quote, we wanted to close this year with Beef Wllington, the crown jewel of the British royal tables!
We can say that this dish, which emerged on the occasion of a victory celebration, is literally a feast.
While welcoming the new year, you can cook this special dish to your loved ones and bid farewell the year we left behind with a beautiful closure.
History of the name of this World famous dish .👇
There is lots of speculation about name of the dish that says it comes from the name of 1. Duke of Wellington, Arthur Wellesley. After the victory that has been taken against France, during the celebration this meal speacially made and Wellington loves it. Afterwards in every victory this this dish has been cooked by chefs. And in time it has the Wellington name.
No matter how interesting the story behind the dish is, it in no ways to get to way of this meal. Because the effort they put in fort his meal and the consequence that they had is so magical. Even the chef Gordon Ramsay, who is identified with Beef Wellington, called this dish “it is special dish to be served at the last supper”. Come and think about all things that makes this dish special. 😊
Roughly we can say that, this is a meal that beef flavoured with many goods wrapped with foil. Ofcourse no one wants to mention about this dish “roughly”, therefore, we prepared a visual fete for you.
