Beefy Empanadas (The Secret to a Perfect Dough) 

Interesting~! Empanada, Chinese dumplings, Italian ravioli, Korean dumpling (deep fried dumpling), Japanese gyoza all different countries, all similar foods. when it comes to food now we live without borders~!

My mama is always watching Erwan's cooking then she will list down the all ingredients then the next day she will tell me to buy it. Now I know why. It looks so yummy and Erwan's cooking vlog is so informative thats why mapapaluto ka talaga.

I tried some of your recipe and my only son and 2 grandchildren loves it! Cooking is my passion, watching you makes me happy coz i learned a lot Good food and tips.

As an Argentine quite experienced on empandas, I have to say the dough recipes is one my favorites. Everyone does it differently, so I'm stealing this one as it is perfectly balanced.

Judging by the looks of it, its absolutely luscious, the filling isn't dry not like the other empanada that I've tried, and it really has a rich flavorful filling and the dough looks great, it has that air bubble after it was fried that makes it really perfect for me. I will definitely try this recipe. Thanks erwan!
