We can see a bit from body language in SMT3 that demi-fiend/Naoki is a pretty normal highschool student that got a bit of badassery cred from becoming the demifiend, so i just imagine demi-fiend is just this really powerful kinda laid back dude
@@Ray_Moses I imagine after Nahobino wins, he’s just like, “Damn, bro, you got hands! I had to pull out all the stops, and you still managed to come out on top.” Nahobino: “What do you mean?! I barely survived!” “You get used to it.”
@@Ray_MosesWell if SMT IV is anything to go off of, True Demon Demifiend is an asshole. He tells people to basically "shut up and stay out of my way," and to not "cry and say it's unfair later." AGAINST STEVEN, AN ALMOST GOD LIKE BEING. Dude has no filter and gives no fucks.
SMT 3 is one of the few RPGs that actually made me use my items during fights in hopes that I don't get murdered by some insane flaming wheel skeleton orc fairy thing on my way to a save point.
"I'm excited to fight beelzebub. Alright I'll start off by buffing my defense and just seeing what he has" Beelzebub uses death flies and kills me instantly
@@ButterscotchPenguin Implying newbies to the smt games will even be able to get down far enough in the kaplas to reach beelzebub and the various bosses before him. Let alone even know of his death flies skill that instantly kills anyone 100% without death immunity.
Beelzebub: "Hey kid, how many buffs do you have right now?" Demi-Fiend: "I think I got Tarukaja to level 3 just now." Beelzebub: "I'mma slap you silly!"
I prepared for it by having null dark on demi fiend and then after I drawn out battle involving many javelin rains healing by black frost and dsojou I beat him first try
@@meitomiyazaki9848 And he got Death Flies back, though now it's a Dark skill instead of Almighty, and like other Mudo skills, can only get its instakill when striking weakness. Thankfully, it also has the highest base power for a Dark skill, at 320
He also gets exclusive access to the passive skill Boon Boost EX, which increases the duration of buff and debuff effects from 3 turns to 5. So if you want that true neutral ending on hard mode, he might be what your team needs to cross the finish line.
Rejoice. Because of a particular screenshot and a track named "Battle -Beelzebub-" in Vengeance's OST, we'll have a story battle with Beelzebub. Many chances of a remix.
How not to lose to Beelzebub 1. Set things up so Demi-Fiend is immune to Death (you should already be doing this to an extent) 2. Have one demon that's immune to Death on Tetraja duty 3. Make sure they don't die After that, the battle is pretty straightforward.
I think by the time you are like level 50,most of the demons nullify death skills. So when I went to fight him,all of my demons nullified darkness except for Quetzocoatl. Also demons that can fully heal your party are a must(I used Titania and Daisoujou). Also he won't use dekaja or dekunda,if you buff yourself or debuff him less than 3 times.
today i fight beelzebub in kalpa 4. and i find trumpeter insta kill more scary than beelzebub has. i die 3 times when fight trumpeter (lmao my MC is physical type and i dont know trumpeter love low hp character to cast his skill lol) but beelz theme is banging!
The strat for Trumpeter is to let one of your demons die to evil melody, use a revival bead or something on it so it's alive with low hp, then wait until the turn he's gonna use holy melody to bring them back out so they get the heal.
Trumpeter's two unique Skills, Evil Melody and Holy Melody, target the character with the lowest health (can't remember if this is percent or actual-number based). He starts the fight with Holy, then alternates between Evil and Holy every 4 turns. Ideally, you want to have him dead by the time he cycles back to Holy lest you risk him full healing his HP and MP. Alternatively, you could tag in low HP demons to bait take the Melodies, protecting the demons you want alive from the Instant Kill and robbing him of his big heal.
Totally agree, got killed four times by Trumpeter until I realized how the "evil melody" was actually working (I was not using any guides); compared with that, beelzebub was a walk in the park, because I had Black Jack frost, Titania and dark magatama to not get killed on the curse corridor by some crazy stuff like mamudoon or something like that.
@@patrinizer346 User spends 10 SP to give that 10 SP to another Party Member. Not good in battle, but works pretty well as an outside of battle SP Heal, and since Daisoujou has Meditation, which his the next level up from Life Drain and only beat out by a move from an endgame boss, he winds up becoming a pretty broken demon that can keep your SP up by draining foes in battle and Makatoraing outside of battle.
Beelzebub is my favorite SMT demon, I fuse/recruit him in any title where it is possible. Gotta say I like the SMT3 Beelzebub best though because of Death Flies
anyone who hasnt played nocturne yet: i played and beat it with the baddest ending. dont worry, not a single demon got summoned from playing it. its summon free :) though i would watch out for those pokimans suns and to moons. that shit can get your daughter pregnant with a witch.
Honestly, while I also love Lucifer's theme; this should have been the final track. So chilling, with a sense of finality I feel was missed with lucifer's theme.
