The Beeman R7/Weihrauch HW30S is one of the greatest Airgun Springers. I shoot with this untuned Rifle on shotgun shells up to 55yards and matchsticks up to 35yards - Standing :-)
I am thinking about upgrading to this air rifle, I purchased a Crosman F4 NP at Walmart for $84.00 last week and it's a good rifle considering the low price. I'm old and retired a the Crosman F4 is difficult to cock so I'm hoping the higher priced guns like the Beeman R7 is easier to cock.
A buddy of mine is trying to get me into airguns and recall shooting his Crosman F4 which was extremely loud when shot almost like a 22 rimfire and the cocking effort was on the difficult side. The Beeman R7 on the other hand was very easy to cock almost as though it felt broken or like a child's toy and was super quiet when shot and was way more accurate.
+Gieszkanne yes very much so. 22 is the way to go with this gun. you will get much more muzzle energy with the . 22 over the .177. and yes its in untuned form. i was actually quite suprised with the power i am getting with mine.
Is there anyone that works on these? mine does not fire properly. The pellet gets caught in the barrel. when you fire its like the air is not hitting the pellet.
i watch your video 5 times i love that riffle.. it's can be my next pay check😂😂... but why i can not find in .22 ..!!! only .177 .. my HW97 was .22 so i like it .22 but can't find it
Hello, Im not sure if there is an "American" model of them yet, but could you test a Hatsan BT65? Im curious as to the shot count they have with the 255cc air cylinder.
That seems so very low on power, my HW99s in 22 is doing 596fps average using superdome 14.5 grain, and the same gun in 177 is doing 710 average using Bisley Magnum 10.6 grain.
what are the differences between this model R7 and the earlier model R7 with the iron sights and silver trigger? I found a used earlier model R7 for $150 online and was wondering if the newer R7 is a lot better than the earlier or should I just go for the earlier model and tune it and mod it? thanks.
