U are doing it wrong.. Beetroot carrot is correct.. Now u should add cold water for not to produce heat during the grinding..... After extracting the juice.. Add lemon juice or honey and drink
Try straining some of it and then leave some of it unstrained. Without straining any of it out, it becomes difficult to drink. I also feel bad wasting all that fiber.
Yes I do but sometimes it cause gas and stomach ache so don't take empty stomach then take something before like I eat banana and after 2hrs i directly drink it without straining 😊
