However, this video is aimed more about how to find a lost bird of prey wearing a tracking system. In this video you will see me using a tracker to find my hawk, well a mock run anyway, I have not actually lost my hawk. Finding a lost bird of prey can be very difficult at times, so it is important to know how to use telemetry for these situations.
Using radio telemetry is very simple once you have the hang of it, so new falconers, trust me, the radio telemetry system is not to be feared!
