I’ve been Using this for about 8 months now and it has definitely made my skin brighter and softer. Also, I find when I use it regularly which I do, my forehead wrinkles are less visible. Definitely a nice product to incorporate in your daily skincare routine :)

My dermatologist just recommends it for the face, but I've heard some are OK for the body. This product is for the face. Thanks for watching!

It’s my first time using retinol product (43yo) , only for night time routine, not every night and I have very good results with it. Though my skin is very dry at the morning.

My facewash contains salicylic acid, so can i use this retinol concomitantly with my facewash ??

It depends on your skin tbh, but you should be okay if you incorporate gradually since this retinol is more gentle than most.

Yes. But give 5 minutes or longer after cleansing before using retinol

Which percentage of retinol does it have? I haven't started using it yet and I don't want to get anything too strong

It doesn't say on the container, but it's wayyy down on the list of ingredients, so I'm thinking Pretty Darn Low. Not very specific, I know! I can only speak to my experience, and it did not cause a harsh reaction with me at all.

I'm not a healthcare professional, full disclaimer. I'd imagine you could, but if your arms get a lot of sun, be careful! I'm extra cautious. I don't do Retinol in the summer, or winter if I'm going somewhere tropical within a month. My dermatologist doesn't even recommend it for the neck. Just the face.

No bio oil is just like any oil with little amounts of what they say they put. Use the regular cream from cerave the moisturizing one.

I had a break out as well. Purging . I broke out with acne, itchy and dry skin. I started out using morning and night. I wish found this video before starting my treatment. I have stopped to let the skin calm down for about 2 weeks, then I will start back in very small amounts a few times a week. Do you think this is a good plan?
