First off I need to give you big respect for the fact that you put out a video showing your early days with all of your flaws. A lot of people try to hide that stuff, but that is super important to recognize and realize what didn't work. Second, your description and education of the technique, was really good in this video. Those that are learning how to box/spar can take a lot from it.

There’s definitely value in it for EVERYONE to share the mistakes and where I’ve fallen short. You also won’t ever learn from your mistakes if you don’t acknowledge. I appreciate the comment, I make this content (mostly) for all the people out there who have less experience than me to learn.

@RealGunSlingers I completely agree. The great coach Jeff Chan (MMA shredded) always shows his "fails" when he's showing his drill or techniques. Guys who are learning how to train, spar, and fight need to see the good and "the bad". And know how to work through it. Keep up the good content.

@@bryanchrist8876 Love it man, and actually I take LOTS of inspiration from Jeff Chan and even Demetrius Johnson (Mighty Mouse) does similar breakdowns on his channel just on much higher level ufc/boxing fights.

You didn't over react it's just mean you are awake Looking away is a mistake for beginners and a defense move for experts When he drop he's hand for a left hook , canelo do the same thing to his hook for power and opening If you want to throw a cross You've had been clepped to the shadow realm You counter after he throw The high guard while closing your eyes, is the real PROBLEM.

Yes, but he is not Canelo. That is not high guard that is completely shelling up, you should still be able to see with a high guard.
