In this 25 minute session, we will warm up, learn the basic moves for Kangoo Jumps!!! I will be showing how to add variation with direction, and reps/tempo. You can expect to burn between 200-300 calories for this session. Kangoo Jumps reduces impact on the joints by 70-80%, increases calorie burn by up to 25%, pumps your lymphatic system (therefore great for Immune function!), and it's FUN!!!
