Beginner Pokémon TCG Guide to Ancient Box 

I totally get that Hands Turbo is a bad match up for this list, I'm interested in how the games go. As for Dark Patch, I tried it in the list and it felt a bit clunky as Sada's felt like a bit more easier to get my attachements especially to Fluttermane. I decided against Superior Energy Retrieval as I figured the extra energy grabbed late game wasn't really worth the discard, so instead I went with Normal Energy Retrieval. This is kinda just personal preference, and there are a ton of awesome lists out there doing interesting stuff with Ancient Box. Thanks for the feedback!

I also add at least one copy of slither wing for hands weakness, it's as easy as cutting out one of the flutter means for slither wing

You want the superior over the regular retrieval because it helps get ancient cards in the discard

So funny enough, a very similar deck went into EUIC championships. It's a little rough to get 100% right and definitely takes some time to get used to, but I would keep at it. Deck definitely has some promise and shows results!

​@Voiddyn-Pokemon agreed! People have been playing it more on limitless events and it showed some good results and tech choices, like Thorton + Roaring moon ex which can be really clutch imo and gift energy that may help a lot, but it can be a bit clunky late game
