When i fast i eat 5 dates in the evening and 5 more dates during suhoor to avoid headaches. I also eat melon or cucumbers which is like a wet sponge that remains in ur digestive system for a much longer time than water, i do not get thirsty at all.i also eat fried egg for suhoor it makes me so full.

I never used to wake up for sahoor but always drank coffee before going to bed and had no problems with headaches. I know everyone won’t be able to do that but if you can it helps.

Headache is usually due to caffeine withdrawal during fast... it's actually withdrawal of various unhealthy chemicals that we consume the whole year..

Drink water in evening. So you don’t feel dehydrated and headache in daytime. Definitely eat a filling meal even a bowl if oatmeal just in case you miss suhoor.

I live alone here in the US and I really missing Ramadan with my family back home. so keep going with theses videos it is such a comfort for me :) try to drink coconut water during sahuor or just add it to your smoothie instead of milk , I mixed it sometimes with frozon pineapple cuz I can't stand its taste alone/: and I like cheese Atayf

Happy EID I am an icu nurse in KSA I work night shifts so I don’t get to break my fast at home but this Ramadan is better then last year I spent it quarantine due to covd19 I kept away from home this years a bit better I got to be home for a few days

Ramadan kareem everyone 🌙☺️ In Egypt we mostly eat it with nuts mixed with coconut flakes mmmm yummy other times it is stuffed with like cream pudding ...in other countries like palestine ,syria and gulf countries they mostly eat it with cheese but i cant eat it with cheese as well as konaffa 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hi there, Ramadan Kareem. I love watching your videos and wanted to let you know that if your headaches are so bad then maybe you should look into getting patches. You know the ones they make for fevers? They have them for all kinds of stuff including headaches. And they don’t break your fast.

I am a big atayef lover and they are the one thing that makes my Ramadan deserts less chaotic, can you tell us the exact measurements of semolina and flour that you used in this recipe. I have been trying a lot of recipes recently but none work, this would make my Ramadan a dream come true. Ramadan Mubarak everyone, stay safe.
