Dear Saurav, If you watch the video carefully you would see that it contains a mix of advice and questions both for the freshers and the experienced professionals. Some questions, for e.g. "Have you dealt with a lazy colleague?" don't necessarily mean your colleagues at office....if this question is put to a fresher, they should answer it from the point of view of team members they may have had in their team during a project. In fact, the interviewer would in most cases replace the word "colleague" with "team member" here. Basically, one needs an approach to answer such questions, which we have tried to provide here. We took a close look at the video after your comment and don't find it to be inappropriate or misleading in any way. Thanks and Good luck.
