Hi I just want to thank you. napaka helpful ng videos mo. 2018 nag apply ako sa mga bpo companies and kahit isa di ako nakapasa. this year i tried again. But nag google ako and youtube nakita ko videos mo. Inaral ko and inintindi ko. Guess what? 3 bpo companies hired ako. ngayo. problem ko sino pipiliin ko. hehe i dont have any bpo experience kaya sobrang thankful ko sayo. dahil sa videos mo naging confident ako. nakakuha ako ng tips and ano yung mga bagay na hindi dapat gawin. because of this, I realized I am really subjective when it comes to my teachers or the ones I listen to. I have worked in the call center industry for 2 yrs already and I am now looking for another job. As for my career plans, this will be my last job in this industry I will change to another corporate job. So I hope I can get just one job in this industry prior to transitioning career. I appreciate you and all those who shared insights into bpo thru RU-vid. Honestly what I am looking for now is a part-time call agent and a part-time as general VA. I studied BS Chemistry back in college but I was not able to graduate due to health issues and financial issues, and spiritual reasons. I really like working in the laboratory more than in the computer but I guess the spiritual reason why I was not able to be on that path is that I needed to know myself more so I can serve God more. But I really appreciate the bpo culture esp. the support system, although some companies did not have that. my advice to those who are applying to bpo is to actually look and apply for a company with good culture. i can still work in the laboratory in the future, I am still a licensed Chemical technician, but for now, I don't want to get exposed to chemicals, I have some professors who have fertility issues and so as much as possible I want to have kids first before going back to that path.

I have been watching this video of yours every time I will be scheduled for an interview. Tonight, I will have my second round of interview for a Senior Quality Analyst post that I applied for and the recruiter during my initial interview gave me a suggestion to make sure to use the STAR format during the interview. Being an avid watcher of your videos, I immediately remember this video in which you featured the said format. I know its been playing inside my brain but there’s no harm in reviewing this every now and then. Wish me luck for later. Hi miss rea i have concern what if you didn't experienced any of those questions for behavioral or situational interview how do you deal with it? Are we advisable to pretend and say that we just experienced those occurrences even if not? The interviewer might notice that were just fabricate our answer and not up front or uncertain to what we had answered.
I don't recommend making up stories because it will only set you up for more questions that you may not be able to answer. Just be honest and say something else - an alternative or another situation that's related.

Cause I can't perform my work well I don't want to be a burden to them. But my supervisor asked me if I can still be able to go on with it but I refused then I Got dismissed. Yes, just brush up your basic grammar knowledge. Check out Google for the grammar rules. Then search for basic computer navigation and shortcuts also. Practice typing test online. 🙂

Usually Behavioral questions will be conducted by hiring managers on the final interview to gauge if you're the right person for the job. Initial interview will be conducted by HR personnel and will only asked basic info such as qualifications, salary and some out of the box questions to test your comm skills.

@@ReaNinja Over the phone kasi lahat ma'am eh. nakalagay naman sa post nila pag pasado daw po sa final interview may gc na 1K. Then natanggap ko yung 1K kahapon. Hindi ko lang sure if tanggap ba ibig sabihin nun since wala na silang further instructions sakin hanggang ngayon kung kailan ako mag start. Thanks for watching. Tell the truth. If you're gonna study while working and the company doesn't allow that, might as well look for another company. If you're not gonna continue studying, then just say it that way. 🙂
