Bought my pair today

😔 as a new user I am super excited for the quality and design/ rigidity but after only 2 rides I some how managed to pop the face off the front boa and had to ride back with a lose boot it was less then desirable especially after seeing there designed to pop free for a quick in the field fix, we'll when I found the face cap and spring falling out of my pant cuff into the snow in the backcountry it was a moment of ok well let's figure this out in -6°f in Alaska not knowing anything about boa laces failing 😢 I managed to aline the spring and slap the cap back on hoping I did it right 😀 only to realize nope no ratcheting 😢 after looking at videos here on RU-vid I see they're not designed to fail as mine did 😮‍💨 now that I am home I can see there is clearly a difference in the 2 boots it appears I lost a piece probably the ratcheting gear ⚙️? It's a sad thing with all I have heard and seen from the companies both you and boa I will be taking them back to the store and seeing what they say as well contacting klim directly to inform them of this intriguing flaw/ failure 😐, especially when you consider I was riding a 2002 RMK vertical edge 156 she's an old tub and I was definitely not doing some amazing super extreme riding when this happened 🤣 which is also why I am so disappointed and concerned with my +$400 purchase...
