Ever since Cirrus brought their aircraft and it's derivative's to the market, they have advanced the G.A. market for the better, it doesn't hurt that they are very sexy aircraft too........

wow! man what a video! so much experience in that plane, I bet it felt like a Jolly Boys Outing lol Seriously loved this video. Beautiful plane! Manchester Barton airfield is only 15-20 minutes drive from me, I love in Worsley. Great to see it from the air! Really good work here John! A very well deserved reward too!

Great video Jon, an excellent and funny accompaniment to Ben's video. Glad to know it's not only me that has the "death grip". I'm still learning but my instructor has commented about it enough times that I've tried hard to go with a 'light touch' ha ha. I'm learning at Barton so it was great to see you guys do some circuits at my home base.

I've had the pleasure of flying an SR22 G3 GTS and I must say having flown PA28 with Thierlert's only before that, two things it did felt weird. 1.) When the weight came off the gear during take-off, it did a strange shimmy which vibrated through the airframe. I guess as the tension in the gear was released. 2.) When the throttle was brought back too far it would disc and create a surge in power.

Go on Dave, tell us why. The main thing I think I would dislike about the Cirrus type aircraft is the fact it is "left hand drive". You have to control it one handed and not with the hand that most people have the most dexterity with.
