Yay one of my favorites! I forgot the potential of the Red King and that's really scary. To think even without that her NP in Extra, Queen's Glass Game, if you get to see it REWINDS TIME. And just to play with you forever. The concept of going back to the first page if you don't like the ending (or reseting to where you saved in game terms) as an NP honestly scared me when i thought about the implications.
Keep in mind that Nursery Rhyme doesn't *need* to pull anyone into her Reality Marble, for she *is* the Reality Marble. A *living* Reality Marble, in fact. Talk about craziness that can come from having such a broken magic as a Reality Marble.
Glad I'm not the only one to realize that Nursery Rhyme is basically an Eldritch monstrosity Sometimes it even feels like the writers themselves forget, but fortunately, they also throws some small extra details from time to time (whenever they remember Nursery Rhyme is not actually a child, but just a concept pretending to be a child). Like you said, though, Nursery Rhyme could really use an animation update. There's just some many things they could pull from to make her animations awsome.
Red King is straight up Azathoth from Lovecraft. I wish they’re gonna go with this direction and make her a 5* foreigner representing Azathoth. Her np will be when Azathoth wakes up and literally everything gets obliterated. Both enemy and ally get team-wiped lmao.
Nursery Rhyme turns herself into Moriarty's double during one of Moriarty's interlude, and is able to replicate his skills and class affinity as well. Meaning she's probably able to mimic almost any servant given enough information on them.
It's probably related to their literary origins or the ongoing literary material that allows spirit origins to grow in the centuries after their first life. Or 'life' in the case of servants derived from literature or folklore rather than historical or deistic servants. So a Moriarty would be trivial for Nursery Rhyme to replicate at full or nearly full power, while someone who's origin is split between a real person and a written character or historical record would be much more difficult if not impossible for NR to replicate. Like Jeanne or Gilgamesh.
@@Omniseed I'd say Older Servants like Herc and Gil would probably be easier for Nursery to copy as we have no real historical records for them anymore only MYTHS and LEGENDS where Jeanne, Eddison, and Tesla would be more difficult for her.
Even after hearing what he said about her I don't see myself using her for combat anymore, outside of combat though if I could then you bet your a$$ I'm going to give her constant headpats. She, Jalter Lily, Jack and a few other in my Chaldea I would give them all the headpats, I would also look into the people who I know they speak with often to make sure they're not a bad influence, I'm specifically looking at Amakusa since that priest is obviously suspicious and I find that he has a little too much influence on the children servants and that honestly concerns me personally.

Seriously glad you pointed how dangerous she could be. I mean just look at her canon noble phantasms in fate Extra: the Jabberwocky, the Nameless Forest, and the Queen's Glass Game. Neither Gawain or Cu are able to put the Jabberwocky down, even cutting its head of which it just regenerates. The Nameless Forest is based of the one that appears in the Sixth Lostbelt. And the way the Queen's Glass Game manifests for Alice is likened to Maxwell's Demon because it causes a potentially infinite time loop. Also that last one is classified as an Anti World NP.
@@thydzz2180 Not physically, you can logically, such as how the Protag in Extra: Encore does with Queen's Glass Game. Though maybe you could brute force your way through the Jabberwocky if you had King Hassan where he can force the concept of "Death" on to anything effectively making his blade a Vorpal Sword in such a fight, but the Nameless Forest there are no known Servants that could brute force it unless we somehow get a proper Rider Odin with Sliphnir.
We actually already have confirmation that Nursery Rhyme can change into other servants. In Moriarty's new Interlude, she morphs into Moriarty in order to get the Master isolated with the original Moriarty. By the way, that interlude is definitely worth checking as it drops some foreshadowing regarding the story of part 2.
Ah yes "The Good Book" Honestly the fact that she's a living idea is the most underexplored thing about her. Especially given that she's a servant and thus existing outside of time. Any Nursery Rhyme from any time gives her power
What is it with fate extra and having enemies that rival lostbelt kings on the regular, nursery rhyme, kiara, bb, melt before shinji tricked her(specially her being untouchable), passionlip(anything put between her hands gets compressed no matter what even king protea), altera titan, velber if it ever comes, charles magnus, and if you fight her arcuid Extra is truely a dangerous timeline, even the servants you have access to are all broken in their own way, tamamo being an incarnation of amaterasu and a beast candadite if fully matured, nero if ever summoned as a rider as saber is her worse class on purpose so she doesnt become beast 6 rider, gilgamesh enough said and emiya can copy any noble phantasm so long as it isnt a holy construct like ea
You forgot Buddha on that list. Though it only makes sense that The most powerful/dangerous Servants came about in Extra since it started out as a Holy Grail War with thousands if not millions of Masters, almost everyone had to be present in that extra at some point even if we never saw them.
It's because Extra taking place inside SERAPH at the MoonCell. They're living in basically the Matrix maintained by the MoonCell so they're Reality that they evolved inside is way more malleable to get those power because of it's nature. Shinji in fate Extra is a 10 year old kid but because he know how to hack he was able to get a 16 year old body as an example. Nursery Reality Marble while still scary would be way less stronger in reality because reality break down on Reality Marble which make that they have a limited range and disappear in a few minutes max while SERAPH will just let the thing run forever and expand as much as possible if it doesn't run against him. BB reality binding power only work normally inside the MoonCell as it's just some right to rewrite SERAPH and Kyara power because she got access to the MoonCell and take them out of it and they have way less power to exploits because the world around them give them way less power to exploits. The two exceptions are Arcuid and Sephar who are way less powerful compared to what they where having in reality.
Hope we get an animation update for Nursery Rhyme where her attacks reflects what she's capable of, or even just an update in general so her attacks are more unique than flame and wind and candy
Ever since the initial Prisma Code event, I'm been very wary of the fact Nursey Rhyme hasn't used a bit more of her power. Imagine if she game to Salem with us instead of Mata Hari or Sanson. Imagine her using her abilities against an Avatar of Ygn-Abby?
Every Servant summoned into Salem got their power slashed so I don't know if she could go toe-to-toe with Abby. She could definitely offer more insight into the situation than the crew we went with though.
@@lekhaclam87 yeah but imagine Rhyme going all out in the finale, when everyone got their full might back and Abby was breaking reality all around Salem. Abby was ALREADY messing with time-space during that battle but now imagine Rhyme also pulling some time fuckery by using Queen's Glass Game.
It is for the best Nursey Rhyme didn't join us in Salem. Even with her power cut in half she could still effectively become any LITERARY CHARACTER, and since ALL OF THE OUTSIDERS bound to a Forienger are part of the LITERARY works of Lovecraft, Abby might have gotten ignored and we have to fight an actual Outsider who even at half power would still rival ANY of the Beasts.
the fact that she can use the powers of any story might imply that if there was a book about the horrors of a nuclear war on earth she could easily just make that happen on her own, im so glad that she never mad a contract with a master that would do that as a first instinct to win the grail war.
That doesn't scare me as much as the though of a Master that is a Lovecraft Fanatic. Forget the watered down forms of Foriengers we would get the Outsiders in full.

I recently discovered that while nursery rhyme is mainly based on the concept of nursery rhyme, her origin story is actually based on Silent Hill. I watched it for the first time this year and i was pretty blown away I feel like i finally got nursery rhymes character. She’s based on the story of Alessia A girl who was tortured and experimented on until a spirit came upon her and promised to help her. The spirit looks just like alessia except dressed in black and purple and they both trap everyone around them in a nightmare timeloop. The jabberjocks with vines with scissors make sense too because they are meant to mimic the barbed wire that allesia used to exact her revenge. I’d love to hear more peoples thoughts on this because I just saw silent hill for the first time last week
So wait is red king ability is basically like azathoth both in dream and whoever wakes them up vanishes from reality, if we’re going canonical then red king would be the first then azathoth second, am I correct with this?

She isn't my favorite but I do get interested in some fairy tale books like the wolf and 7 young goats for example and each of them has symbolism in them which makes them even more interesting

Hey Klidge, you should make videos of the best team of two or more servants. for example, both Jack The Ripper and Nursery Rhyme could both make one of the most scariest teams ever existed in the Fate Universe due to there origins and there unique skills and noble phantasms

I mean if Yog and Nyarla exist then most likely AZ exists but I wonder how they could turn it into a pseudo servant or be inside another servant so the actual Azathoth is sleeping but he can come interact through his vessel
I had the little mermaid in a VHS tape when I was a kid, in which Ariel turned into sea-foam at the end since the guy stayed with the other girl. I've never actually seen the Disney version.
So if there were ever a grand foreigner/ pretender it'd be Nursery Rhyme right? From what I understand she's got access to more or less everything from fiction if not also mythologised history, so it seems like she'd be a god tier candidate for the pretender class, and where most of the foreigners seem to have direct ties to only 1 GOO/ Outer God, Nursery Rhyme might as well be the entire Necronomicon.

We do know one Limit of her's that make it not quite as scary on average. Strength of the Master is a hard limit for most Servants, so unless her Master was something akin to one of the "Ancients" like Yu Mei-ren or the Master had and could use an artifact like Caster Gilles book there is only so much she can do. Even in Extra and Grand Order she is only able to reach such dangerous levels of Anti-World or Anti-Universe because she is being maintained by a system meant to support thousands of Servants like Gilgamesh.
Nursery is my favorite servant! She's currently maxed in every way. Including np level and I intend to max her to level 120 when it comes to jp! Also, regarding the "she can summon any story at her beck and call" thing. I actually have commissioned many artists to draw how nursery would look with other books. If they do make a pretender Alice. You know they would make Alice a pseudo servants using the body of Nursery Rhyme's old master, and Nursery Rhyme meeting and this Alice now has gotten me emotional from that thought alone.
Hopefully they will relase more different characters based on children's tales in the future I honestly would prefer if they don't make Lewis Carol's Alice, Cinderela and other fairytale characters into just "Nursery Rhyme but she is cosplaying as a different character", similar to what happens with pseudo-servants having multiple different deities summoned in the body of on the same character like Rin or Sakura
"Nursery Rhyme but she is cosplaying as a different character" would work very well with a Protender Alice, being Nursery's original Master in the Mooncelll the way the used Jinako from the Mooncell for Genesha, it would be just to adorable.
Watching this video made me realize just how much I've underestimated the potential of Nursery Rhyme. I always felt that she and Annie & Mary Rider were in desperate need of an animation update, but there's something concerning about giving a Heroic Spirit power over fairy tales in their truest forms. Giants that crush their foes bones and bake them into their bread, wicked witches and sorceresses, having all hope suddenly snatched away by the jaws of a clever fox, getting a concussion during a rainstorm and falling into a coma, falling down and breaking crowns, falling down followed by self disassembly and being unable to be put back into a functioning state Man, I like to think about how nursery rhymes and fairy tales can be pretty dark when you consider the actual vocabulary used, but thinking about how they can be weaponized is something else.

She can't be Grand because Grand Caster needs Clairvoyance EX. If she can add that too her as a Heroic Spirit (on the throne) then she might be Grand Candidate.

She’s kind of an anomaly in the system. She is the wishes of children that were made when they read fairy tales, so her accomplishment in theory would be inspiring future generations. That said, that’s just a guess on my part

read hans christian anderson's works and medeival fairy tales all of them friggen die and it makes a class of its own its not up front horror but the unassuming backstabbing kind just like Alice cute but a potential monster...NOW BUFF HER or at least animation updates with summon jaberwock DX
