indeed. I think they thought at Behringer. Well fuck them they want it cheap, they will get a terrible layout.

I wouldn’t say the layout it terrible, I just don’t care for the bright red. The color coding on this skin is a smart way to make it easier to learn which connections do particular functions. Blue would have been fine for me. I heard someone say they saw a black one at Superbooth.

Robert thank you for your reply. I'm new to the synthesizer world and with videos like yours leading the pack I see how amazing these new Behringer synths are. I'll take the Neutron over the Crave for now.

It’s one ‘right hand’ chord. The bass note gives the minor and major changing feel. It’s a one patch recording in real-time. So the right hand arpeggio is not changed by the bass note. Try it for yourself. An octave plus a four and a fifth on the right and then change the bass. Thanks for asking btw.

@@RobertIverMusic does the ob6 have some special latch that stops the bass note from also triggering an arp? curious how this works.

The out of tune problem of the D is in my opinion not an issue. Just retune once in a while. Even during a session. Like a guitar? ;-) As for the other 3. it depends on the kind of music you like to make. The Neutron is the more experimental one. The Pro1 has a great 'vintage' sound and the SE02 has a really good sound plus sw editor (costs extra) and memory, I'm not a fan of the small knobs.. (who is?) I like the Dreadbox Typhon a lot!!!!!!!!! Especially for the price including the Sinevibes fx build in and the patch memory. For me personal it would be the Neutron or a Typhon..... or both.

@@RobertIverMusic Thanks a Robert. I don’t know how to retune a Model D… that and the SE-02 have very similar layouts that make sense to me. Not sure I’m ready for patching yet… Think it will be the Pro-1 or the Roland… As to what music I want to make, I’m sort of finding my way with software synths, like Synth One, at the moment. That’s taught me a lot I didn’t know about sequencers. I just want something more tactile.

Neutron into the mono in of the Polymoon, stereo out from Polymoon into the Scarlett. USB from Pc or Mac into neutron and one into the scarlet. That’s all;-)

@@RobertIverMusic thanks problem is there is no stereo out of polymoon. it has a left and right out. how would i get 2 cables into one for entry to scarlett?

Use two cables, one left out (polymoon) to left in of the Scarlet and right out into the right in....

Sorry, the solo only has a mono input. The stereo thing will not function. I didn’t know the solo was mono in.

It’s even a little bit more expensive...
