happy new year or whatever 🤍
despite what this vlog portrays I am doing better. I'm not posting this for sympathy incase anyone thinks that's the case. The "Being Nebreska" series is for me. It's for me to look back on and see how far I've come.
And also it's to show that healing isn't linear, there is no pattern or formula. I genuinely hope someone watches and relates and realizes that they're not the only one loosing their mind ahahha.
