It's that time of year, where all the railfans come out to the Bel-Del, for thier annual Railfan Weekend. Penn Rail Videos was there for most of the day, and we captured 142 as she headed the regularly scheduled trains. We'll then get to see her switch from passenger, to freight, as she is scheduled to pull a special photo frieght train.
