I saw the Bellamy Brothers last night and they are still so awesome. This is one song they sang.

You know my Dad introduced me to this song. I thought it was cool. But now that I think about it he liked the old rockers , living his way, and listening to the tunes. I guess Buck was an old Hippie too and not a day since 2003 goes by I don’t miss him!

I think it was David who wrote Spiders and Snakes with Jim Stafford and Howard became his road manager. These men.became famous the old fashioned way They earned it. They'd shop at my dad's gun shop n Dade City when they were in town but they play like 200 nights a year. They're just awesome.imo An Old Hippie

The old hippy died this year. He is my x he was abusive but it was due to nam. I did do and will always love him. This song Fit him perfect.

This great song applies too all soldier's! Even the former South African Defense Force soldier's who fought in Angola relate. My Dad (RIP) loved this song. We soldier's all serve with Pride, Honour and Respect!! Salute and you don't know a true Brotherhood until you have served!

I saw them in the early 80’s in a small bar when I was in my early 20’s. I’m going to see them in a few weeks at a very small venue. Will probably be surreal. I’ve always thought a lot about seeing them and my early love for country music.

I feel like a hippie in today's world. The daily changes in political correctness, technology and everything else makes my head spin. It's exhausting to keep up. I'm tired of walking on egg shells in today's America. I've chosen to just be outdated, uncool and too simple. It's less stress in my life.
