I really appreciate the emphasis on Oat milk as a possible solution to environmental concerns. There's also the fact that Oatmilk has a longer shelf life than dairy milk and can be handmade through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth if you want more control over the texture of it. Also, most people can't physically process milk, especially as they get older, so this opens the market for a population that might have felt excluded from popular dairy milk products. Nice work!
