The initial contact was an accident and Caballero overreacted. He shouldn't have even got in Cabrera's face. Cabrera shouldn't have pushed that second time though.
the hypocrisy of the mlb. when bautista emasculated the fragile texas rangers with his bat toss, the next season odor sucker punched him at 2nd base and absolutely nothing was done about it. i guess just the canadian team isn't allowed to be physical.
Not sure why the announcer thought the initial bump from Cabrera was inappropriate. He was backing up the throw to 3rd and then went to cover the bag when the fielder was leaving the base to apply the tag. The runner and the announcer were wrong in their assessment. Cabrera does appear to be wrong with his eventual push to the face too. Baseball players have so much false vibrato, it’s annoying. Just explain urself and move on, whether they are on board with but explanation or not.
nah Cabrera gives him a hard push on the chest on the initial contact. Totally uncalled for. Usually guys will just sort of brace against each other and give each other a pat on the back, which you can see Caballero start to do. Cabrera shoves him hard enough it makes Caballero's necklace hit the visor on his helmet.
if you don’t think Cabrera is in the wrong, then you might have never played baseball. you do not need to stand that close to the base to back up the play

I don't feel like Cabrera gave him a check like they said he did. I think Jose ran through the bag, made a little contact, and Cabrera just kinda put his hands up as if to slow him down a bit. Jose took a offense, they exchanged words, and then Cabrera took it WAY too far!

The umpire called strikes outside 6 inches wide and I'm not a Jays fan but the game i certainly fixed ( balls, strikes) against the Jays for obvious reasons

If you are going to kick one out of the game, they should of kicked both of them. Caballero had no reason to get into the face of Cabrera, that was nothing contact initially.
So confronting someone for why they got shoved is wrong? Make that make sense.. so kick the guy out that just wanted questions. Cabrera was being a crybaby and unsportsmanlike behavior towards Caballero
