I just realized you were on Truth About Cancer - The Global Quest! Amazing series on such deep information about cancer causes and natural, non-toxic and 100% working protocols.
Excellent video... I make the same toothpaste, but I add a few more ingredients... 1) Fermented Oregano, 2) Nascent Iodine and 3) Teatree Oil... I'm 65 and have all of my chompers... Dentists hate me... I also do Oil Pulling with Coconut Oil. Many of my friends have dentures and get angry with me when they talk about their gums and dentures and I just Grin at them... They hate it... They like to say that I have good Genes. I reply, "I am Not a victim of my Genes." My father had all of his teeth pulled when he was 44 and my mother, not long after that... anyway, I love the vid and will share it... :-)
+DStray Cat Hey I am interested in that toothpaste you make. How much of the fermented oregano, nascient iodine and teatree oil do you use? Mind giving me an idea how you make it?
i am new on essential oiks and Drm Axe is great to provide me with tips. You mention you make yours and also with tea tree and oregano for your teethe. Can you provide me with more details please on how you use or make them for your teeth. I have just been diagnosed with Hashimoto thyroiditis and want to keep my teeth strong. Thank you!
I mix 2 drops (100ul) of a cinnamon essential oil extract with the 2 tbs. of coconut oil I put in my breakfast coffee. I don't know if I'm getting any health benefits from it but my coffee sure tastes good...
I put Ceylon cinnamon on organic bananas and the bowl has some cinnamon on it...then I put poached organic eggs in the bowel. The cinnamon takes great on both the banana and eggs. I bought cinnamon oil for my Lyme. It kills bacteria and lowers blood sugar. That is great it is a strong antioxidant.
I'd like to clarify that Cassia is a type of cinnamon that can be harmful to the internal organs. Ceylon cinnamon, which is the lighter in color cinnamon which the bark is light tan and crumbly is good for consumption. The Chicago Spice house does carry the best quality of this Ceylon cinnamon.
So if I'm hearing you correctly, cinnamon oil has essentially the same benefits as using the powdered cinnamon that we add to everyday foods in regards to internal use?
i add a full organic cinnamon stick (or 2) in my morning cafe instead of sugar, then i eat it after its soft and leathery. and frequently keep a stick in my little jeans pocket and nibble on it all day. my brother told me to be careful not to eat too much, so was hoping to fine out why that my be in this video..
I've heard there are diffrent types of cinnamon and one of them can cause liver damage when used regularly. They problem is most oils don't specify the type of cinnamon used, from what I have noticed. Do you know of a brand that does?
You mentioned carrying oils in the car. You have to remember that oils can't take the heat. So don't leave them sit in a car that will get hot in the summer.
Dr. Axe, which essential oils are the safest for cats? I would like to use them but if my cat is going to be exposed to them, I wanna make sure she is safe.
Thank you so much for sharing this info .. Tetley tea here in Canada has a nice cinnamon tea out. It is very good and . much better and healthier than coffee..
+sany acosta I recommend _Cinnamomum verum_ ("True Cinnamon"), also called _Cinnamomum zeylanicum_ ("Ceylon Cinnamon"). As the first one suggests, those are the two scientific names for true cinnamon. You can easily recognize it by smell because it is the distinctive "hot" cinnamon that is mimicked by candies like RedHots and gums like Big Red. The next best is _Cinnamomum cassia_, but it has a far less pleasant smell and taste than true cinnamon. Coincidentally, ground cassia bark is what typically passes for cinnamon on the spice shelf in the grocery store.
Coincidentally, if you're shopping around just look for "Cinnamon" or "Cinnamon Bark," and then you should be able to check somewhere on the label to see which type it is. At the same time, if the cinnamon type is not specified on the label, put it back on the shelf and move on. There's no reason a company cannot put that information on the label unless they're (1) lazy or (2) hiding something. You don't want an essential oil from a company that is guilty of either. And if you don't mind my personal suggestion: Rocky Mountain Oils has the absolute best cinnamon bark oil in my opinion, and I've tried quite a few.
Thanks a lot for the information Dr. Axe. Do you know Young Living essential oils? And last question, do you think the leaky gut support can help me w RA? THANKS AGAIN
sany acosta Young Living Oil’s and products are very pricy!! I order all my 100% Essential oils from Piping Rock. I can afford those and they are 100% oils.
I have a cinnamon wreath and cinnamon broom and pine cones for my kitchen can I spray some oil on these to keep the smell my broom is not as strong and was wanting to check first.
In this video he talks about mixing Cinnamon oil and wild orange oil and water in a spray bottle, does anyone know the amount of each ingredient goes into the bottle?
eem botanicals, JUST QUIT!! My husband quit smoking by throwing the cigarettes onto our dining room buffet. By the third day he said that if they were still there he was going to smoke them all. I ran into the house and got rid of them fast! He has never smoked again in 49 years. He did it and so can you. He. Kept some small wrapped candies in his shirt pocket because he was used to reaching in that pocket for a cigarette but instead he was rewarded with a piece of candy!! He gained a few pounds so then he bought sugar free wrapped small candies fir his pocket. That was a big help to him plus I never smoked so we didn’t have any smoke smell in the house. He will be 80 in April 2020. Very healthy and plays in a men’s golf league.
All 100% pure essential oils are very strong. One drop even in a regular 12 oz. cup makes the drink some what strong. In a diffuser which contains water and makes a steam you can add 10 to 12 drops. Beware if you have a cat because some oils are toxic to cats. Even in a diffuser. But there are still, lots of oils that you can use. The lists are on the internet.
I heard you mention before that you drink reverse osmosis water. Do you remineralize it with Celtic Sea Salt or anything considering it's dead water after the RO process? I used to drink it but switched over to Natural Spring Water from an Artesian spring when I heard that RO may not be the best way to go afterall. What are your thoughts on this?
There is a lot of controversial info. out there about the safety of essential oils, and the main argument for those who think it is dangerous is that in the bible days they didn't make essential oils the way we do, they just soaked herbs in oil for a period of time, to make infused oils and that they didn't even have the technology to make real essential oils. I don't know what the truth.
I read on an online website that there’s different types of cinnamon and cinnamon cassia shouldn’t be used as a scalp treatment for hair growth ???? Someone help! Is this accurate ?
New Heart New Life , look it up online. There are lists that tell you what essential oils to not have around cats. Some are toxic to cats. There are many that are ok around cats also. We love our diffusers. Especially in the cold winters when the windows and patio doors are closed.
@@acecarsexclusive stop using the oil my body just can’t handle it , meaning the smell of it ,I think I’m just sensitive to it and that’s ok. Thanks for asking.
This is so frustrating to watch as a professional perfumer and expert on natural aromatics. I can guarantee everyone watching this, that there is no such thing as ‘therapeutic grade’ - it is purely marketing. And regardless of what this ’doctor’ says, do not EVER ingest any essential oil or other natural aromatic!
+One Wayfarer +JRob I think he needs to talk about his because dentist say any acidic food or product can erode the tooth enamel and personally i haven't found a fluoride free toothpaste that protects the enamel.
One Wayfarer Dentist also never have anything real important to say and recommend floride toothpastes and alcohol mouthwash. They will never tell you anything that will stop you from coming to him/her
