Hot yoga is quite something. It can be extremely difficult, but it does some super important things - for example, exercising your skin, the largest organ in your body. This is to just start off the list.
Just an fyi: I am not a certified yogi, so just giving my opinion in here. And do not forget to drink lots of water since you are losing yours at a really high rate. :) I hope you enjoy!
