I just wanna express how grateful I am to find your yt channel, ma'am. I've learned a lot from you, ma'am. All the tips, sample mock calls, lessons-- everything you say, helps me grow and feel inspired to work in this industry. I've failed lots of my previous applications in a call center, but luckily, after watching most of your videos, I passed! I'm excited and looking forward to experience these things that you've mentioned. I'm 18 years old and a senior high school graduating student. I've been preparing to apply in a call center. I've been watching your videos and it really helped me greatly. Thank you so much for giving us ideas about working in a call center. I am gonna apply next month and I am hoping I will be hired. Though if I will not be hired then it's okay because I believe that everything is a learning experience 😊.
My sister is a fan of yours and now I am too. And finally, I am now in my very first journey in this industry. Thank you so much for all the tips, it really help. God bless!
I passed all the assessments and I got my JO. Thank you so much for your preparatory videos. They are all inspiring and helped me a lot to improve myself. I am anxious in starting my training but with continue watching your videos, I felt somehow assured that I will do fine as long as I continue improving myself. God bless you more and Thank you lots
I'm a service crew (cashier) too and I'm not satisfied with what I am getting financially. Gonna watch bunch of your videos and I'll be back here in the comment section once that I made it. Thank you in advance! Law of Attraction 😂💜
UPDATE! Omg HAHAHAHAHA it's been 9 months since then, just wanted to let you all know that I passed my interview with the help of Candice' videos (Know how thankful am I that I saw your vids😊💜) It's my 8 months working in Teletech, been recognized as well for my hardwork (Lowest AHT IB and OB for daily incentive, One of the monthly performers for 3 consecutive months etc...) Been so blessed working in the BPO industry! Just know that you can, do your best and you'll gonna make it😊💜
You are very inspiring and authentic...I hope that I'll be able to work in the call center industry despite my age..Well I'm a mother in my late 40's. .Very glad to find your channel..Thank you!
You are just so inspiring and you are contagious! I just like the way you are. You're so authentic. Your authenticity is what i admire about you. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences. You helped a lot of people.
Btw, for non-Filipino viewers, 1 USD is equivalent to 48 to 50 Philippine peso. So to convert Candace's numbers here to US dollars, simply divide her numbers by 50. 🤗
Im a high school graduate(old) and i dont have experience in any kind of job but because of your tips i passed my initial and final interview. Now im hired as travel associate. My training will start next week . Thank you 💕
@@aaronoplas7064 nerved wracking at first, but eventually my communication skills have been gradually enhanced day by day upon training and also my confidence, it was fun actually. Got my certification passed with a high score and im on my way now to production. This tips has been greatly helpful to me , so im thankful ❤️
You make my day you're right that someone has to open one's horizon by working in a larger flatform and in this case as the call center agent. More words i can say but to shorten you're a star lighting up my dark ways. Thank you!!!
I failed many interviews in BPO industry, fortunately I found your channel I followed the steps and learned from it. I'm so beyond grateful that I've got my three job offers and choose what's really in my heart "my dream company". Right now I'm on my training that will last for three months. I'm in a telco account and it sounds challenging for me, but I know I can do it. To those have the courage to pursue this job, keep practicing, learn from mistakes, ask some help, be resourceful and have faith on yourself. To those who did not have their degree or finish, it does not matter to be honest, we are the same. If anyone discourage you don't mind them, work in silence, let your success will shut them. Thank you very much Kwestyon channel and Godbless you.
Always bringing us a video full of knowledge, i learn something new from them - this keeps me ongoing surviving day by day on this industry since I landed my first job in a CC.

Because of your help, I passed my validation xpo logistics account.. and your mock call when a customer haven’t received her percel, from the bottom of my heart thank you so much. Keep inspired us😊
I really do love your voice. Can you also make a video that tackle about your account that you handled since your first work in a call center until now and distinguish which account is the easiest and the hardest one. 😊☺️ . Thank you and God bless.
I just graduated from my bachelors degree course now and I am having a hard time applying with job related to my course because they usually requires experience which I am lacking. 😢 I am now trying to get in call center industry since they don't require experience. Your videos are amazingly informative. Thank you so much. Hope I'll get hired soon. 🙏
I'm planning on applying for a call center position because at my current job, I only work for 3 days a week due to the pandemic...not enough to provide for my family (TAT). I've been watching your videos and I am learning a lot, ma'am!
Hi Candice. Ive been following u months ago and u were one of my inspiration to really improve my English skills. Would you mind to share how you organize your thoughts before speaking it out? That was what I really struggled a lot. Any tips; dos and donts. Thanks ate Sheena! Keep up the good work. ❤
hi Miss Candace I'm a silent viewer since last year and it takes a lot of failed results for me to be accepted in this industry. I just passed my final interview and assessments thanks to your informative videos. And I already signed the contract which makes me more happy and nervous at the same time cause I am introduced to start and be a trainee this coming March 16💗👈🏻

GODBLESS
Hi ma'am ! I really admire your confidence and generosity to share your knowledge to us . I would like to ask on how to answer an interview question such as this " What are you going to do if a customers' order has been delayed ?" . I have no experience in bpo yet and I didn't really had an idea on how to answer this when I was once interviewed.😂 But I won't give up .I'll still try and try to apply in a call center company until I get the job..I hope you'll notice me . Thanks and more power!💕✨
Unfortunately I failed on my versant test. I actually thought I passed since I was able to answer properly even on the story retelling. One of the problems is that, the room isn't entirely quite. Everyone in the room is talking maybe that was also heard on our microphones. Just gonna try again.
I had 2 years cce but I still need your helpful videos to pass my interview to the company that I would like to work. And gotcha ! I got my J.O 3 hours ago and will start on March 22 of this year. I would like to thank you again. Keep it up and by the way since I've watched your other videos on how to improve your english communication I've started to download native americans conversation so I can listen to that anytime and while I'm sleeping so I can enhance my grammar and pronunciation and started to subscribe Mr. AJ Hoge. 😊 I also have a request Ms. Sheena or Candace haha try to make a videos about how to use would have, could have, should have and would have been, could have been and should have been nacconfuse pa din kasi ko jan baka kapag ikaw gumawa ng video mas ma-gets ko haha 😂 Thank You !
I failed my first interview yesterday because i am just a graduating senior high school student. However, i anticipated it already because i know the requirements! HAHAHAHAAH ill be back after 10th of July 😆
Thank you so much! I passed my initial and final interview from watching your videos😭 I'm a Senior high graduate, no experience. I'm under Amazon retail account now thank you so much po❤️
hold on, don't give up your still young just keep study on your own, keep listening to this good mentor watch a lot of english movie, listen english song often, importantly have faith GOD BLESS!!!
I wish I can be fluent in English language just like you. I'm planning to apply cc but I still don't have the courage so I'm watching all your vids to get some tips. ❤️
Thank you for nonstop doing helpful videos about call center... This videos gives more knowledge to us to gain more confident that we should always not to stop but to stay tough... honestly I'm not very good in english... Not even good in creating grammars.. even scared to initiate.. but then I said to my self that if other's can be good at that I should also learn and be 1 of them too... Though I'm not young anymore... And you are my idol... 😍❤️
You're cute. Greetings from Armenia 🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲 I will have my first interview in 2 days and hopefully I will get that job, I don't really understand why some people don't like that job, its not as difficult and stressful as nursing which I tried last year, Though I will probably work in this field for 3 4 months no more, cause I have 2 other professions (a nursing degree which I hate, and I study languages now, I'm 24 and I just need money now) so I will do a part time job. I'll work for 4-5 hours every day, tell me it's not that bad... And guys remind me to update this in a week or 2 so I'll let you know how is everything going...
@@lala-no6hn hey. I didn't even go to that interview, I tried to get a job as an administrative assistant instead, but I failed, I worked for a month, but they chose another girl to work with... I was depressed for months after that lol... After applying for 2 other jobs during last 2 months and being rejected one more time for the translator role, I'm currently trying to get a job in a software company, as a content manager. Tomorrow will be the second day I go, and they seem to want to hire me. If I don't get this job I will have 0 confidence lol... So if I remember I will update in a week or 2... Please wish me luck haha.. And thanks, you reminded me of this comment I had completely forgotten about it...
Im applying for the first time in BPO industry and Im expecting my initial interview soon I will comeback if I ever passed or not but I hope I will pass this
Can you also do a video for declining an offer, POLITELY for multiple reasons like the job is not right fit for you or like multiple offers already received? Thank you so much! Loved to hear it soon
Thank you so much because of all your videos even though this is my 1st time to apply in BPO im thankful because i got 2 Job offer from a different company. Thanks a lot 💞
September 11,2022 Watching for reference. I'm interested applying in CSR but having problems I hope I can boost my confidence by watching this videos 🤧🤧
Actually you must have a good company, I was once a call center agent but I didn’t last long because our account suddenly closed so all the newbies are layed off and retain some seasoned agent, well it is actually depends on the company not all have some Benefits that you’ve mentioned HMO are very common and nigh deferential but performance, allowance attendance allowance nah we don’t have that in our previous company.
Ma'am I am just new here in your channel..I resigned from my previous job so I can try working in a BPO..my previous job is way far apart from this call center routine..I am lost..I really don't know what to do..and my training starts on April 11.. this is my first ever experience working on a computer...the only thing I have is my ability to speak English...and I am a 50yo single mom...do I still have to pursue this even if I know nothing about BPO ? PLEASE HELP ME MA'AM...I REALLY WANNA WORK FOR MY KIDS...
Thank you so much for this!! I want to apply as an agent sometime after the pandemic lifts, and your videos are the only reason why I'm determined to get into this industry.
Hello! I am a newbie and your videos really help me a lot to gain some skills and confidence to apply in a call center and now I am hired. I would like to request for travel account mock calls samples and what are the things that newbie should prepare when they are having their training, just like me so that I can be able to pass the training. Thank You so much, hoping that you may help me and notice my comment. Love you and Stay Safe 🤗♥️
