Even if we can re-ship the correct item, what if the company does not have a timeline of when the item will arrive? What if the company advices the customer return the wrong item to the store and have the item they wanted re-ordered? Waiting for the refund, while paying for a new order for the same item.

*Ang problema kasi kaya nagagalit ng tuluyan ang customer, dahil kapag yung nag handle ng call eh newbie tapos struggle sa pag e-english. Unlike Candice na talagang legit na englishera ng taon! Oh...this is so nostalgic! This makes me miss taking in calls and speak with different types of customers. I had been working in a BPO for quite a while until I finally shifted to my profession. Wow this is precise. you disclose all the possible scenarios that we may encounter in the real world. dealing with those irate customer is not a joke. you have to maintain your composure everysingle call that you take, in order to resolve the issue of the customer perfectly. abide to the rules and call flow of the account and your good to go.

In this mock call, the agent won't be able to give any solution to the customer due to the company policy. Yes, this one's harder but you'll learn a lot (including how to de-escalate a sup call ( supervisor call).

Very helpful but, what if there's a different story? What if the shipping department delivered the right item but the customer is lying or trying to scam? Is it possible? If so, what should we do? Or what if the customer says the item has damage and demand a refund but actually it's her fault damaging the item. What should we do about that? Looking forward for your videos 'bout that. Hi! May I ask po. What If Amber Hill lied about the item, and she's actually received the correct item but instead she lied and planning to get another item by complaining such lies? And you promise to give a replacement within a short time and didn't have chance to investigate if the item really delivered correctly or not? Are you/the agent not gonna be accounted about that?
