This was another priceless video! No where else do you get the NATURAL champs devulging their routines and answering all questions? And the best part is, you ask the same questions I'm thinking in my head LOL! One other thing that would be cool to ask these guys is how much protein they consume both when in a calorie deficit and when at maintenance/surplus. Thanks!!!

Dude has sick shoulder width combined with the thinnest hips. Thin hips are already a great advantage but in weight class divisions (classic physique) it means you are allowed more muscle weight than others who have hip weight.

very confusing more like A. hams and back B. Push Classic (chest shoulders and triceps) C. legs (quad focus) D. pull (back focus) (back and hams) E. push (start biceps add weak volume) f. legs (quad focus with glute add weak volume) 2 on 1 off....
