Stuart McRobert wrote the Brawn series. He was (is) editor of Hard Gainer. Low volume, fairly high intensity approach,. Believes very strongly in progression and is a stickler for strict, very safe form. Also very strongly anti-steroid. I think he is based in Cyprus.

Like the sound of his training philosophy. As for been anti-steriod I've never taken them but each unto their own , I'm a libertarian so let the steriod crowd do their thing and we do our natural thing 👌

he defended this nonsense of training 2 or 3x a week, and he didn't have any muscles, he barely looked like he was training, just like other famous gurus who swear that HIT is the best way to train LMAO

His passion is truly infectious..shame we really don't see much of that today.. The TikTok gym bros today only care about viewers and what product they can whore themselves out to..

I can see what he meant by his back being his strong point in the thumb nail, I respect what he said about being unique, embracing standing out from the norm

Some of those days could be condensed into one.. wonder how he’d structure that split in 4 or 5 days instead of 6

When saying "mid range" does he mean starting the exercise from the mid range up? Or just small reps in the mid range part?
@longevitymuscle

To answer your question, it's the latter! For example, intentionally avoiding "full extension" of the elbow and "full flexion" of the elbow when doing a dumbbell curl or cable pushdown for example.

He talked about it in the longer interview there is no reason to do direct arms since he was going so heavy in his compound exercises. So his "arm" workout was his triceps being hit when he benched, dips and overhead presses. And his biceps was from rows, chins and deadlifts
