@@hkrifleworks RU-vid doesn't really care if you upload videos like modifying firearms they just don't want those videos being monetized..... You can totally upload those videos as long as you don't try to monetize them.
Did you have that painted or did it come like that because I’m wondering where the magazine tube cover was painted in camo when you got it or you did that yourself?
When i installed the Pro lifter on my 1301 Tactical... i managed to screw up not only the D-clip but also the spring for the guide rod...Those parts are cheap...but shipping is not (at least not here in Europe). I found putting back the guide rod was the biggest challenge...some masking tape (holding stuff in place) & a good set of pliers helped.
We’ve all been there that’s for sure. I can imagine shipping is fairly expensive from the US (if you couldn’t order from Italy). It definitely is a pain with the guide rod. Needle nose pliers are almost a must. Glad you got everything situated!
I was so close to picking up the tiger stripe version myself. I could only find the black in stock so that’s what prompted me to paint it. You could always paint over the tiger stripe if it’s too much of a hassle to get a whole new shotgun
Thanks man and looking back it probably would have been a good idea to do so. I’m working on a precision 10/22 and may paint it when I get it where I want it. Happy to do it in M81 and video the process if you’d like? Stoked for you that you’ve got one coming in too 🤙🏻. New gun day is the best day
just got my A300 with the pro lifter already installed and a Match Saver. It seems to complicate using the Match Saver since now i have to put the round in, release the bolt then hit the little metal piece on the pro lifter you mentioned to release the bolt. Am i doing something wrong or does it simply just add that step.
I can get a 2 3/4” shell in with the bolt rearward and the lifter up but takes some finesse. Definitely not as easy as a standard lifter. I’m not using a match saver though. Would definitely be challenging under the clock
Does this effect the ability to ghost load? I assume not, as it is possible on the 1301 too as I understand it. But the way you explained how it works seems like it wouldnt allow ghost loading.
@@gospelofthegauge thanks! In that case I'm getting one. I bet with this lifter combined with the outstanding gaping hole of a loading port the A300 has, that this is the easiest shotgun to load.
I just want to confirm that this mod is functioning with out malfunction. I want to do this on my A300. But I am in contact with Beretta support but they do not concur that the 1301 lifter is compatible with the A300. I am doublechecking as they may not understand that I am talking about the Beretta 1301 Tactical Carrier, Pro Style lifter/carrier.
@@hkrifleworks Thanks for the response. I was able to get in touch with Beretta Support and they confirmed compatibility as well. The part is on its way.
From what I understand, the rail on top is the same thread pattern and pitch to interchange with 1301 parts. Judging off the compatibility for the lifters, I would imagine the trigger components may be similar. Other than that, I’m not 100% sure, but I would assume that we may start to see more specific parts for this shotgun in the future.
My first though. Leaving a comment for notification updates, also you should be able to check with out having to head to the range just see if you can put a shell in between the bolt and lifter All you have to do is pull the bolt back enough to fit a shell in there but not far enough to where the lifter comes all the way up and just push a shell in there
@@hkrifleworks Thanx, I was just curious about the trigger assembly compatibility. It's annoying that Beretta customer service is so damned lacking in response. I have a Patrol and just ordered out the "pro" lifter from Beretta - that lifter should be *STANDARD* on all Beretta defensive shotguns. The added ease of loading speed is a Requirement for all defense shotguns and lack thereof is a detriment.
unfortunately not but I heard beretta was working on an a300 patrol style handgaurd for the 1301 tactical. I can't wait. All the 1301 tactical is missing is some mlok slots.
for those that came here looking for the actual disassembly and install on the 1301 🙄... ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Kr5-9TeLRsY.html
@@hkrifleworks thank you, please let us know how it performs while shooting. I've seen complains about the mag tube spring being weak and front plastic clamp getting loose too. It will be interesting finding out which other parts from the 1301 are interchangeable with the Patrol.
I absolutely can. I have not personally had any issues with the mag tube spring, but have had to re-tighten down the plastic clamp on the mag tube and barrel. It has a QD sling swivel and MLOK slot and I’d be worrying about breaking something under hard use. Likewise. Beretta also said the rear sights and receiver threads were the same pattern for pic rail bases. I know the 1301 has some solid rear sight and low, direct mount bases for rmr’s or other red dots which would be cool to try on this one
@@hkrifleworks I sent a message to Mesa Tactical about the possible release of a pistol grip stock and they said they are waiting for Beretta to send them blue prints to start working on the design.
Agreed. Have a handful of Comp M4/5’s and had a few T2’s. They’re bulletproof. A T2 wasn’t in the budget for this specific shotgun but may have to bump up if the new one holosun doesn’t hold up
