Hi Ben. I don’t think the drop has changed from the 2 to the 3. Stack height has gone up but think the drop was 8mm in the Pro 2 as well.

I’m also doing Berlin, having got injured 2 weeks before Boston. I’ve made the bold move to change to the Ben Parkes 2:55 marathon plan! And just switched to Alpha Fly, from Vapor Fly, and Saucony Speed. Glad you’re suffering with your intervals too!

Fitness takes time. Keep at it. It's really hard and it doesn't get easier until sometime a couple weeks after you thought you should be in shape, suddenly you're getting there.

My Monday session is basically this workout. Warmup, 6x1km, 4 x 200mtr, cooldown, etc. Getting ready for Berlin too. 👍Hoping for something cooler and less humid than Brooklyn!!

Just back from Amsterdam Marathon this weekend… running n the Endorphin Speed 2, which I liked took 20mins off my previous PB. These sound like another level 👍

I love the Saucony Endorphin Pro 2, in fact I think they get me in better rhythm than the Vaporflys. Have yet to try Alphafly, but a bit hesitant regarding their weight - I'm a small guy and like a light shoe around my leg.

I love my Speed 2/pro 2, it’s more the rolling technology but definitely the plate is giving back but you don’t feel it as much as alphafly. Maybe unbox shoe, video, walk-in them to breakin, then test?

Love the pink colour way, I’m more concerned about the price tag 🤣

Can't beat the Irn Bru 💪 Does memory serve me correctly that we were getting some form of Irn Bru handed out at aid stations on the Fort William Marathon in 2017? Think that the Endorphin Pro 3 are quick and certainly good at getting up to speed on shorter distances. They don't feel as quick or lock into quicker paces as well as the Metaspeed Sky or Sky+ though. Wearing the Endorphin Pro 3 more as a training and interval shoe than a race shoe I think (although may get worn on the odd race that's Half distance or under to see how I go in them). Colourway goes well with your new SOAR vest 👍

I don't care what color it is. I look for what it will do on training sessions and race day! I run in the Pro 1s and the Hoka Mach 5. The Pro 3s might be my go to shoe in a few months.

Nice vids. Im glad you found cycling :-) Cycling is the key to my running. My running suffers if I skip my spin/cycling. Best thing for cardio vascular system without the body hurting :-) I get slower if I dont do two spin classes a week. Also just to add, I get gassed like you did in this vid right before I come down with a cold or a flu.. keep that in mind :-) do you do at least one run a week for pure focus on technique only? Posture checks, noticing weaknesses in the spine or knees, or ankles.. etc. Could be a whole vid on your channel :-) I find that helps me remember to avoid injury, just technique only run and correction, to get that muscle memory stimulated in a good way. At least once a week, posture check, lower back work. I like your vids, I trust your judgement on shoes. Im looking for a new brand right now :-)

Endorphin Pro 3 is good but sadly I think I'm faster and feel better support in On Cloudmonsters. And noticeable wear on the Endorphin Pro 3 after just two practice runs. Think I will be going with the Cloudmonsters for my first half marathon.

Who said men can't wear pink? We love it!

What do you think of these vs the Vaporfly for softness/comfort? How did you find these for the 200s vs the Vaporfly?

Which one has a wider toe box? The Pro 3 or the RC Elite 2?

How's your form looking ? It looks like something I aspire to be able to replicate!! I dream of being able to run a) that quick in the first place and b) still have enough breath to talk to camera!!! KUDOS!!!

Can you offer some advice?? I have the Zoom Fly 5 and they are giving me blisters on the back of my heels. The 3 and 4 were absolutely fine. Can you ever overcome this, or should I just send them back? Also, is this what you refer to as heel slip? It’s a shame zoom flys have always been my bread and butter shoe 😢

Is this more stable than the NB RC Elite V2? I’m looking for a comfortable squashy shoe for long runs considering the Glideride3. I feel the Zoomfly4 is cluncky and unstable for me. Cheers!

Hi Ben, I have recently got the saucony speed for interval/speed sessions. Want a race shoe, I do triathlon so would be for 5k and 10k. As I'm after falling in love the the speed 2 I just got would the pro make a good race shoe. Thanks Ben or anybody who answers this question

Hi everyone. I have slightly wider feet. I currently own the endorphin shift 3 in 8.5 which feels a bit snug, and the endorphin speed 3 in 8.5 too which fits perfectly. Now I want to order a pair of Pro 3s but I have read some people saying that it is better to size up half a size, but some others say it fits true to size. So I am not sure if I should go for a 9 or stick to my usual 8.5 (US). If there is anyone here who owns the endorphin 3 lineup and has slightly wider feet I would appreciate your comments please! Cheers

Thank you for the review. Hesitating between these and the Speed 3 for a full marathon in Oct. Not only the price point, but also I think the Speed 3 might be a bit more comfortable without loosing too much on the responsiveness, given that I'm not crazy fast either (target 3h15). Never ran in carbon plated shoes, and I'm afraid the plate could be tough on the feet after 40k... Thoughts?

I find the high back on Saucony’s give me really bad heel blisters. Also, I think IrnBru is all sugar free now.

Finally, I've received mine. I tried them and as always do, I've worn them for a hour, at home. Well, I don't know why, but after that amount of time, I've started to feel a bit of discomfort/rubbing under my midfoot (I'm a pronator). After a bit of tests (I've just published a video in my channel), I found the solution. Please, feel free to watch it. My question is: Is there any other pronator who had the same experience?
