I know this guy that's a boxer trainer & he was a former sparring partner in the 90's. He sparred with some of the fighters from the 90's. Concerning age. I'm 75 and I can beat any young person i go up against in chin ups. I can budge (move 3 or 4 inches) 1555 lbs. at a weight of about 130. I do dragon flags, headstands with no hands. These are not fighting, granted, but they are proof that an older person can still be strong.
