This is the best! Thank you! I love the way you explain things so slowly and thoroughly. I've been sewing on a 1630 for over 25 years. I bought it brand new and sewed numerous quilts. As life changed, I had to go back to work a few years ago. I got my machine out again to hem my dress for my son's wedding. Thankfully it worked, at my last stitch, something wonky happened and it shut off. I took it to the dealer to find out that the mother-boards were shot. I cried in the store when they told me it was not worth repairing. Impulsively I bought the 335 and didn't think it would be as good as my 1630. .... I was wrong! This is a nice machine and I am so happy I found this video. Thank you so much!
Wow! THANK YOU. I bought my 325 in the very beginning of the pandemic so I never got private lessons and have been strugggling. Well, struggle-no-more thanks to you. I am blown away by your video and perfectly clear instructions. I'm so grateful.
I'm loving this video! I just graduated from an ancient but lovable Elna almost as old as I am to the Bernina 325. My mother and grandmother taught me to sew garments on their machines when I was young, but they only did a couple of things--straight stitch (manual locking) and basting stitch for gathers. My mother's machine was from the 1930s (a White), and my grandmother's machine was from the 1950s. Not a lot of bells and whistles! Now I'm sewing garments as an older adult, and I'm so excited to learn the full capabilities of this up-to-date machine. You're saving me from having to book my own local class... the lessons on bobbin placement and needle threader have already saved me a lot of aggravation. And the lessons on different stitches was very clear and thoughtful. Thank you!
Thanks for these explanations. Even if it is in English, I understand most of them..I learn a lot of things about my new BERNINA !The video is really good. Merci beaucoup in my mother langage;-)❤
Thank you for your excellent video. I just picked up my B325 today and couldn't follow the threading instructions in the manual. You helped me learn to thread and lots more besides. I'm very grateful.
Excellent instruction. I've just upgraded from the 170 with very similar features but your tutorial explains so much more. After 65 yrs of maching I now understand how the tension works!
I’m curious if you are able to use your foot pedal and extra presser feet from your 170 with this machine. I am considering this machine as a successor to my 170 too! Thank you!
An excellent instructional video - really impressive. I learned to use a sewing machine in my early teens, and I think I’d have learnt a lot faster if you had been my teacher! Thanks for sharing this! I’m thinking about buying this model, so the video is especially useful.
I am so impressed by you and this video and can’t wait to watch the rest in the series. Your explanations are clear and concise allowing me to follow along. I had a Bernina 930 that finally gave up on me after serving me faithfully for over 40 years. I just bought the 335 and am trying to master all the little features. Thank you for your wonderful clear instructions!
My new machine arrived last night and I’ve been playing with it all morning (I’m in the UK). The instruction book is marvellous - the threading is slightly different from my very basic Janome. BUT I would never have been able to do the needle threader without your very clear instructions. I now feel able to take my new machine to my sewing class later on today. Thanks once again 🥰
I’m looking to upgrade my current sewing machine to a Bernina. Can you please tell me the difference between a Bernina 335 and a B335 - apart from about £200! I’ve taken up sewing again after many years so I’m just a home dressmaker. No quilting or embroidery. I’d love to hear your thoughts 😍
A great tutorial, but as good as Auto Focus can be, it's "not applicable" for fine detail work. Either have another person use a manual focus or editi the shot accordingly.
hello very nice lady please kindly film how to operate the Bernina sewing machine electric foot pedal how it's used to sew please kindly reply back OK?thank you very much 😊
