am busy to buy a Hightex 3500. and this video gaves me more motivation to buy it. great video.

That leaves a nice stitch. Much nicer stitch than some of the really cheap ebay leather stitchers I've seen.

Everyone is see with a sewing machine has real tight tension on down by the needle mine is loose on the up stroke I'm new to sewing leather so do I need to tighten the tension it's thicker thread from tandy

This is a CB3200 not a 3500. It will sew up to 3/4" not 7/8". If you want to sew thicker leather you would need the CB4500 machine. The 4500 also has a longer arm to work on larger pieces.
